Atria Las Posas is the perfect place to call home! Our mom was very uneasy about moving into senior living but she agreed to take a tour. David put all her fears to rest. She was lucky to get an apartment with a wonderful balcony that she loves. The staff is well trained and so helpful. They take care of everything for her. She loves the food. The other residents are so nice and mom has made many friends. The communication and safety measures through these uncertain Covid times have been remarkable. The entire staff and residents deserve so much praise! We love the Atria family and you will too!

Atria Las Posas is inclusive of almost anything you could want. Most of the places have the same things, but they have an exercise room, a theater, exercise classes, and entertainment on Friday nights. They do the laundry, and they clean the unit once a week. The staff and residents are pleasant and smiling, so that gives me a clue as to the experiences that they're having at the location. The apartment that we'll have is a one-bedroom that is over 500 square feet. It's well arranged, and it has a balcony, a large walk-in closet, a kitchenette, and a large shower. You can have a microwave and that's all. The person who took me around was gracious and caring. For the foods, they vary their meals. They have a chef that will work with you. If you have a favorite recipe, he'll make that recipe. There are snack bars on both levels where you can get coffee and snacks any time during the day. The food is good. The wait staff is great. If I was looking hard, I might find something negative, but I haven't seen it yet. Whenever a resident leaves, they completely redo the apartment. They go in and renovate new carpet, new paint, new everything inside, so it's fresh and new for the new resident.

Atria Las Posas was a great facility with great people. I just could not afford it. The sales director was very knowledgeable, very nice, and very personable. It was a very pleasant experience touring it. Their dining area had a restaurant setup. Their one-bedroom with a balcony would be a very desirable option for me. It's a very active community. I saw people out and about in the courtyard and one of the rooms with the balcony, I saw a neighbor that lives out there with the dog. They were very communicative, very nice, and very personable, too. The grounds were very nice, very well-appointed, and very well cared for.

I went to look at Atria Las Posas. The people were very friendly. The facility was very clean and well-maintained. The garden and patio area were very nice. The rooms appeared to be clean and well-kept. There seemed to be a lot of activities. The marketing guy that showed us around was very informative and friendly. He seemed to know the names of the employees and the residents. Most of the residents appeared to be happy. They had a beauty salon, library, and physical therapy available.

My mother lives at Atria Las Posas and recently had a stroke. Mary Lou and the med tech staff noticed a difference in her and because of their quick and knowledgeable action, my mother is alive and thriving today. They caught the stroke early and because of that, she is back in her Atria home happy. I cannot thank Rob or his entire staff enough for their caring and professional response with my mother. Thank you to All at Atria Las Posas!

Atria Las Posas was closed down, so they didn't take me into the facility at all. They had an outside entrance to their model room, and that's really all I saw. I only met one person, and he was lovely. He had a beautiful folder full of all kinds of information, too. I really like Atria a lot. It's beautiful, and it's pretty new comparatively speaking. The model room is lovely, but it's much fancier than what my grandfather would like. The staff was very nice, and they kept up with me, too, so I had no complaints.

I visited Atria Las Posas in person. It was wonderful, we loved it. It was perfect, just not the right time yet. The staff was amazing, like David was definitely our favorite person. The rooms were great. They were definitely small, which is different for my mom, coming from a big house, but they were very nice, well-kept, and it was a great place. The facility was awesome, very easy to find.

Atria Las Posas is very nice. They keep up the outside very well and they have gardeners that take care of it so it looks nice. Because of COVID I've only been in contact with two staff members, but they've done a good job. The people that have helped us there have been good. My friend doesn't like the food, but she's had only had two meals there so far.

The Atria Las Posas community was just immaculate. The lady who came to give us the tour was right with us, answered all our questions, and gave all three of us information. We had lunch there, and the chef came out and talked to us, the food was very tasty, and the plates looked pretty. I looked around everyone else was eating that too, not just us. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and the people were just wonderful.

We put my mother at Atria Las Posas. They have activities, a patio, a gym, a pool table room, and a barbecue area. She’s only been there a month, and they’ve already missed a couple of cleaning days, so that upset us. The food is good. I’ve eaten there, and my mom hasn’t complained.

My father is in Atria Las Posas, and it's above all the others that I've seen. The staff really cares about keeping the people that live there as healthy as they can for as long as they can. The food is delicious. The activities are engaging for the variety of folks at different levels of memory. They have a bus that takes them out twice a week to look at the ocean, visit other areas, and see the lights during Christmas. I have already recommended them.

Atria Las Posas was airy, clean, and professional. They got very friendly staff and nice facilities. The dining area was very nice and very warm, like a high-end restaurant. There were lots of games, computers, movies, etc. They could improve on their pricing.

We were treated well at Atria; it’s kind of a whirlwind, and they really wanted us to sign up. They were very upbeat, and the people that we saw there seemed healthy. The facility was medium sized, very clean, and new. There were apartments on the ground floor, and there was a courtyard. It was homey. It was in a busy thoroughfare through the town and is well travelled, so it was hard to get out from parking.

We liked the fact that it's like a hotel, but yet they have medical personnel available -- some in the facility and some that come on a routine basis. They have hundreds of activities, and they're trying to think of new things all the time. Atria Las Posas is a lovely facility, and we're very pleasantly surprised. My mother has been in there for eight weeks now. Doctor's appointments are set up, and the doctor comes to the facility. It's extremely clean and well maintained -- no dings, dents, or things falling off. It looks brand new.

He is in Atria Las Posas. Everything is fabulous, clean, and immaculate. The food is outstanding. There are just no drawbacks. The rooms are just regular rooms. He is in a shared room with another person, and they each have their own bed, dresser, and night stand. They get bathed 2 to 3 times a week. They have all kinds of activities from early in the morning until later in the day. They take them on bus rides and picnics.

My visit at Atria Las Posas was great. In fact, they would give you strawberry pies when you leave. The staff was just really great. However, it is still a little bit farther for our family to travel, and that's the only thing that keeps up from going out there. For their activities director, they did have a retired gym teacher, and she has really got exercise going. She has a very upbeat personality. Also they have field trips.

I was very impressed with Atria and it felt very high class. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were nice, though a little small. There are lots of physical activities like Wii bowling and field trips. I liked it as it felt like you are on a cruise ship.

Atria Las Posas was very nice and friendly. I was really impressed with that facility. The girl that took me through the place was really nice. The rooms were really nice, too. They have a nice outside courtyard in the center. They have a menu and you could order whatever you want.

Atria Las Posas was awesome. I want to move in there myself. I like the facility. It's clean and it didn't smell. It was all very good. Their rooms were all nice. This one would be my number one because it was spacious, clean, friendly, and I also like the activity director. I know the activity director there, so it was nice to see someone that I knew. She just loves that place. She said she never knew how unhappy she was until she had this job and, for her, it was the best place to be. All the people there seemed to be really enjoying themselves. They had a nice little bar and my mom would have loved that. She likes to drink her wine. Also with regards to these types of places, a lot of them when I asked what they have for sight-impaired people, they don't have any specific answer. All I got were these stares. But Atria, they have a lady that worked at Braille for 25 years and she's working there now. She was wonderful and I thought that was very good. When we left, they gave us a strawberry pie and it was one of the best pies we ever tasted. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Atria has a nice activity plan and I believe it's separate memory care. Everything was very nice. The people were real friendly. Nothing in particular the best. It was just overall very nice. The people who showed me around were very friendly, very informative.
