My mom is in Sierra Ridge Memory Care. It looks like a good facility. The location was important, so it was a location that I felt like I could access easily and often. It looked like the quality of the staff and the facility were what I was looking for. The staff members have been very professional, helpful, and courteous. They answered my questions politely and promptly. I have enjoyed my connection there. The entire facility is memory care. The room is quite good. I haven't been able to go to the dining room, and I don't know anything about the food because I've never eaten there, but the room is clean, bright, and nice. They have programs. People from the outside come in and provide music. They have spiritual care services. They have games and opportunities for the residents to interact with one another if they choose to. They're doing a good job. She has only been there for two weeks, and I have limited knowledge of the activities, but I think they're good from what I have seen. I've been there a couple of times when they had a guest musician and I think they try to provide good interaction to the residents there in their activities. It is pretty expensive.

I toured Sierra Ridge Memory Care. They were all very kind. It's a large facility and it looks like they provided a lot for the money that it was going to be charged for it. I have a friend who has his mom there and he seems very happy there with her care. My mom needed a smaller situation and I think she would have gotten lost there. I think it'd be great for somebody who's more independent. I didn't meet anybody other than the person giving the tour. The lady seemed very kind and very helpful. They showed us a room, and where they ate. We were limited on what we could see because of COVID. So, we sat at a round table and started possibles if it was going to work out. They just had a lot to share from that table and gave us some brochures and what my mom's care would be and the pricing. From what I could see, it looks like a nice facility, so.

My mother is at Sierra Ridge Memory Care. They're very caring. They have music, therapy dogs, coloring, puzzles, and there's an attendant who bakes and the residents help put the ingredients in. There's always something going on. Her room could be a little straighter, but they pride themselves in taking care of the residents and making them happy. I'm happy and my mom is happy. The staff is wonderful. The food is delicious, and they always have plenty. Things are expensive, but she's getting the best care. It's only memory care, but they're wonderful with the residents. It's not a huge place, so they don't get lost in it.

My tour at Sierra Ridge Memory Care was very well done. It seems like a very organized place. I think it's a good spot for those who are ready for that situation. It is neat, clean, and well taken care of. They supply the bed and the nightstand and have a bathroom, too. You can have a shared room.

Sierra Ridge Memory Care had a bed available, but they were further away. The staff was capable and excellent. There were quite a few people who had been there for a while. They had a classroom of small, really cute children that visited. They had a lot of activities. The community was nice and clean.

Sierra Ridge Memory Careis a very nice place. They have nice full size bed that looks like a bedroom. It does not look like a hospital room. They have dressers and closets which are very nice. It has a window, and you can bring your own furniture and things if you want. They have sing-a-longs -- which my mother really likes because that’s about all she can do. They do have a TV in the large room where people can sit on the couch and different chairs that are very comfortable. They have coloring, painting, puzzles, and lots of things that people can do. There is something for everybody. There are pictures for my mom to look at. They have people come in on special occasions and show them things. I think they even have animals that they bring and show like a dog, a cat or a rabbit. They have someone comes in and sing Hawaiian songs. It is great. The food is very nice. They offer salad or soup in the beginning of the meal. Even for their lunch, it is hot lunch, and it is very nice.

My husband was at Sierra Ridge Memory Care for two weeks. The care was disappointing. Their sales pitch was wonderful, and the place was beautiful, but if you want memory care and you drop in, you find out that it is disappointing at best if nothing else. I did several drop-ins. I had to catch them on the back-end that my husband was not taken care of personally as far as cleanliness and activities, and their answer was they were shorthanded, but they had a lot of people coming and going.

We have our loved one at Sierra Ridge. It is seems like a good place to have put her. They have lots of activities and fresh, well-prepared food. It is kept very clean. They do crafts, have a lot of music, sing-a-longs, and cat therapy wherein some people come in with a cat.

Sierra Ridge Memory Care was very well staffed. One of my concerns was they always put people in a double room, and my husband would not have done well in that setup. There were a lot of crafts and activities, and a lot of people were engaged, even people who had obvious deterioration. The staff knew the people. I would have my husband stay there except that it was not convenient for the rest of his family. It was very nice. I would recommend this facility.

Sierra Ridge looked pretty good and beautiful. It was very clean, the people seemed very friendly, but I didn’t get to see a whole lot. They have areas for arts and crafts, and they have different tables that looked pretty good. The staff was all very friendly and very nice.

Sierra Ridge Memory Care is my choice because they meet a couple of my dad needs that the other facilities can't. It is a clean and well-managed facility. It is very quiet and close to home. The staff was very friendly. I am recommending them to others.
