Traveling north, next to the Canadian border, Bellingham has the second-lowest prices in the state, at $4,738. Financial Assistance for Assisted Living in Snohomish County

Qualified Medicaid recipients throughout Washington can get help paying for assisted living through the Medicaid Personal Care (MPC) program or the Community First Choice Option (CFCO). Eligible residents may also be entitled to The Washington Medicaid COPES (Community Options Program Entry System) waiver program. There are no non-Medicaid programs.
