This place does have roaches, I saw them while waiting in the lobby (it crawled under the thermostat, got pic) and in the rooms at various times. Many times, no one staffing the desk during visits....

My father has been in the Victorian Square Assisted Living Community since 2011. His room is very small but it's a very clean place. They have a lot of activities and he says the facility is OK....
