Chippington Towers I is located in Madison, Tennessee, a quiet suburban neighborhood just over 8 miles from downtown Nashville. Chippington Towers I is an affordable living facility for seniors. The tower was built in 1975, and there are 212 apartments in the tower spread over 11 stories, each with one bedroom and one bathroom. The facility is subsidized by the Housing and Urban Development Division, and the rent includes a utility allowance. The facility has numerous amenities, such as laundry service, air conditioning, a refrigerator in the kitchen and elevator service for easy access to each floor.
