John Paul Plaza is a nine-story building with 69 one-bedroom apartments located in the heart of the Polish Hill community.The spirit and philosophy of John Paul Plaza is based on the example of living in an atmosphere of care, concern and respect. The apartments consist of a kitchenette, living room, bedroom, bathroom and private balcony with beautiful views. Each unit features wall-towall carpet, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, large storage areas, pantry, linen closet, emergency pull cord devices in every bedroom and bathroom, an intercom system and secured doors with spring locks and peep holes. John Paul Plaza residents often gather in the community room for Bingo, card games, board games and other social activities. Guest speakers and other entertainment are provided throughout the year. The residents also spend time in the library area, exercise room, craft room and the outdoor patio during warmer weather. An in-house laundry room makes washing clothes simple and safe. Public transportation is easily accessible for outings, shopping trips and visits to the doctor.
