Countryside Christian Community is situated in Annville, PA. Located in Lebanon County about 40 miles east of the capital city of Harrisburg, Annville boasts small-town charm, a historic theater and coffee house and Lebanon Valley College, a small, private college. This faith-based retirement community has been serving the area since 1959. As a not-for-profit ministry of the United Christian Church in Lebanon County, Countryside Christian Community offers health services and flexible housing options for seniors age 62 and older. Residents live independently in their own cottages, but have access to assistance with personal care needs and medication self-administration. Staff is awake and alert 24 hours per day, and is trained in using the Hoyer lift for total transfers. All meals are provided to residents at this facility. Staff members also plan special on-site activities designed to stimulate both mental and physical health. The community offers beautiful grounds, quiet streets and cottages with inviting front porches that allow residents opportunities to socialize with their neighbors.
