Welcome to Cocalico Place! Cocalico Place is only a few blocks from downtown Ephrata, where residents can find a variety of shops, restaurants, medical facilities, a post office and pharmacy. This community has 60 units for seniors 62 years of age or older. RHF co-sponsors this project with Bethany United Church of Christ. Our residents can enjoy the beautifully landscaped flowers and shrubbery, which surrounds our community, while sitting in the lovely gazebo in our courtyard. The community has a Service Coordinator on staff that assists residents in getting low- or no-cost services that help them maintain an independent lifestyle.
