Three Levels of Caring Plans Southwestern Assisted Care Residence includes assistance options with supportive services, determined by a nurse after evaluation at the time of move-in. Supportive services may include, but are not limited to, assistance with daily living (ADL�s) such as personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, assistance with mobility and medication management. Level One Provides minimal assistance with activities of daily living. Level Two Provides more hands-on support with activities of daily living. Level Three Provides the maximum level of assistance with activities of daily living. Rooms Southwestern Assisted Care Residence offers both private and semi-private rooms. Each resident room is equipped with a kitchenette with microwave and small refrigerator, a private bath with walk-in shower, emergency call system (pull-cord), and provided furniture, if necessary. Residents enjoy free cable TV and the availability of personal phone service (extra charge).
