ISC provides health and wellness programs, including fitness classes, shuffleboard, tennis, health education, laboratory tests, blood pressure checks and periodic health screenings. It hosts free income tax filing through the AARP Tax-Aide program, as well as long-term care counseling, free legal services and information and referrals for community resources. The Senior Center doesn’t charge a membership fee, but some activities may require a fee to cover instruction and supplies. A scholarship fund covers fees for seniors needing assistance. |
