"Our home is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is surrounded by tall oak trees and large spruce trees. Large windows in every room offer lovely views of the gardens and wildlife. We are specialized in rehabilitation following hospitalization or injury, providing memory care for residents and Alzheimer’s and Dementia, disease management (COPD, CHF, Parkinson’s Disease, etc), fall prevention, and end-of-life care in conjunction with Hospice.
