Nearby, the Hagerstown area has the lowest costs in the state at $4,500 per month, which is $500 cheaper than the Baltimore County average. On the banks of the Chesapeake Bay, California has the highest costs in the state at $6,200 monthly. Costs in Salisbury are slightly lower, but at $5,500, it is still $500 per month more expensive than Baltimore County.
