Located inside of a red-brick suburban villa east of downtown Denver, Just For Seniors II is less than a mile from the Sloan's Lake Park recreation area, where seniors can spend warm afternoons outdoors with visiting friends and family. The tree-lined residential neighborhood this facility sits in is only a few minutes from downtown Denver's arts, cultural sites and several senior centers that offer day programs for active adults aged 65 and over. The Just For Seniors II facility is set up as a home-style residential family care unit. Seniors in residence have private and shared rooms, assisted living and nursing care from the staff nurse and 24-hour supervision that includes lifting assistance as needed. Site amenities include a shared family-style dining room and community living room with complimentary cable television. The entire facility is wheelchair accessible, including the oversized showers that are open to all residents.
