A beautiful familiar setting licensed for 10 beds in Biltmore area of Phoenix. The owners are assisted living licensed managers and live on-site. 10 private rooms with private full or half bathrooms each. Large patio and green backyard set up for walking. The community has three caregivers on site and live in, one for the night shift. The meals are 95% cooked from scratch by a skilled cook. Options for different meals available. Activities include live music, bingo, puzzle, drawing, crafts, reading, etc. Visiting hours: 8am to 6pm and as needed. The price include meals, activities, cleaning, toileting, laundry, medication administration. Transportation to appointments and supplies (pull-ups, briefs, gloves, bed pads, etc.) available for an extra charge.
