The Summerfield At Lisbon facility offers residential assisted living and memory care in a family home setting. Hospice care is also available, and the facility accepts residents under age 55. The 24-hour-awake staff can help residents with behavioral issues such as aggression and exit-seeking, catheter and incontinence care and medication administration. Respite care is available on a short-term basis. Summerfield At Lisbon residents have several outdoor areas where they can enjoy the warm summer weather together in the pool. Cats and dogs are welcome at Summerfield, where staff can assist with pet care. Rooms have private bathrooms and full tubs, as well as wheelchair-accessible showers. Kosher and vegetarian meals are provided, and the staff speaks both English and Spanish. Transportation to and from medical appointments is complimentary, as is stand-by during office visits.
