The experiences with this facility were varied, usually based on which shift we visited, in other words the staff present at the time. Overall the level of care provided by the nurses and doctors was acceptable. The main issue came in with the lower level nurses and CNAs. The LPNs seemed quite miffed if you dared bother them with any question, serious or benign. And the CNAs varied from the most gentle, loving caregivers to the most hateful ones, who barely wanted a job, just a paycheck. But ove...

I went to visit a family friend at this facility. I was impressed with how nice the staff members were. They did take the time to direct me to my friends room. The facility was really small, but clean. When I made it to her room, I was not impressed because the room wasn't very clean. Also facility was older, so the room needed some updating.
