I toured Willow Grove of Maumelle. It seemed like they wanted to pay attention to my mother. The only problem I had was the cost of it all. It was very clean; it was immaculate. The staff there seemed like they were taking care of the people that were under their care. And from what they showed me, it seemed like the apartments were good and spacious. They had a very nice layout, and they seemed very comfortable. There was enough space to help my mother and whatever she may have needed while staying there. They did a great job of showing us the facilities and telling us about everything they did for the people under their care. They were very nice. They asked good questions.

I toured Willow Grove of Maumelle. The staff was very friendly and very energetic. The facility was very large and clean, and it had a quiet atmosphere. They have activities outside of campus where they take them out in the city and then they have activities there.

I toured Willow Grove of Maumelle. The rooms were nice, and when you walk into the community, it was very nice and inviting. The person giving the tour couldn't have been nicer and was introducing me to the staff as we toured the place. I didn't try the food but the dining room was very nice, there was a nice courtyard area, and the place was very clean and didn't smell. They're pet-friendly, they have their own beauty shop and they have a therapy place. It's just a very nice facility and it felt very homey right when you walk in.

A family member of mine previously stayed in the community. All of the staff made us feel very welcome like we were part of the family. Everything was maintained at the highest standards. This includes cleanliness, food, and activity programs. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone.

Our mother was a resident at Willow Grove and she just loves it there. They have wonderful food and the staff is always helpful. She loves to play bingo and arts and crafts. The other residents seem so happy when we visit. We decorated her room to make it a home for her. We are so glad we found Willow grove for our mother.

I toured for my uncle. It seemed very welcoming and friendly. There were about a dozen residents in the waiting room talking, laughing, and preparing for the day. We thought that was very social. The facility was excellent, and that was one point that really struck me. One of the residents even took the time to approach us and tell us that she loved living there. She did not have to say that, but she did. The rooms were very roomy, very large, and updated. Everything's fresh. They have restaurant style eating. They also have a recreation room for activities and have planned activities. They had a nice outdoor patio, so when the weather permits it is a nice option. The employees were very friendly, and the facilities were exceptional.

So far, we're totally satisfied. The staff, so far, is awesome -- the ones that we've met. She's got dementia so you can't tell she's gonna be angry with anybody, but the staff has been great with us. They've put up with us in every kind of way. They do bingo and different things, they got a gym and exercise room. At some point, they take them to like Walmart, which was the only time she'd bring money.

We visited and it is an amazing place. It was very clean and very nice, with very bright people. The staff was absolutely amazing and very helpful. I saw a room through a video. It's a really nice-looking place, it's just a little further out. I saw the dining facility and it was very clean and neat. They had it separated for folks, so they could sit at the table but they had a divider between them. Their menu looked good but I did not get to see the food. They showed me a lot of the stuff they do. I think they play bingo and cards and they have puzzles out there. They had quite a few things. They also had a very nice room for music.

It was very warm and welcoming. They had a lovely fireplace; I like that a lot. I also like the person who assisted me; she was really helpful. I didn't see any activity going on, but they had a lot of good choices of rooms. They had several different layouts.

Our experience has been quite positive. It's a small place, my mother can get around, and the people have been helpful to her. They helped with finding doctors and getting to doctor's appointments. The food is good, and they have several activities for the people. My mother's room is a single room with a bathroom, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
