Mom is at Chenal Pines Retirement. The food is fantastic. We love to go join her there. It's a very beautiful facility. It's well taken care of and well maintained. I'm not sure how old the facility is, but they take very good care of it, and they have a variety of activities for residents to participate in and get to know other residents. They have a theater where they have several movies during the week. They also hold church services there. They offer a shuttle service for doctors for two days a week. It's very convenient to hospitals and doctors. Everything is within about 10 or 15 minutes. So, the location is very good, and the facility is extremely nice. My mom is very happy there.

I think I'm going to be moving to Chenal Pines Retirement. Food options are phenomenal. Snacks are available 24/7. But we could make a meal, too. The food choices were outstanding. The food itself was outstanding. The options, the food, and the service, everything! They had a food preparation activity going on while I was there. They have all kinds of activities. Just phenomenal! It's very nice. I looked at several apartments and they're very nice. Very nice atmosphere. Very nice staff. There's a garage, a dishwasher, and a garbage disposal. I can also regulate my air conditioning through my phone.

Residents are kept apprised of all gossip and drama happening within the ranks of command as well as about other residents. This makes for a very uncomfortable place to feel at rest and ease. This is HOME not a business or a job.

Chenal Pines Retirement Resort was absolutely gorgeous, but it was very expensive. They have laundry service, and you could hire somebody to help you if you have more needs, like a surgery or something. They have three gourmet meals a day. They can take you to your doctor's office and back and all the other places you need to go. They have activities like bingo, painting, and all kinds of stuff. The staff was also wonderful, very friendly, and very accommodating to answer all our questions.
