Ridgecrest Health and Rehabilitation was a beautiful new facility. What I liked least was they had a large turnover of CNAs and nurses. The building itself was clean, but my husband's room needed deep cleaning. I asked for it to be cleaned several times and it was never done. The wax is coming off the floor and the window sill was broken. It's just different things that weren't being repaired. There were a bunch of new people all the time who didn't know what they were doing, but that wasn't everybody. There were some really good people that worked there, but overall, generally speaking, there were a lot of people who didn't know what was going on. The food had a lot of mystery meat. It wouldn't necessarily taste bad, but you didn't know what it was. The building was very nice. The care declined and the price increased tremendously. We're sure we're not getting our money's worth.
