The facility is airy, roomy bright and cheerful. It is very clean and well kept. The rooms are also large, private , comfortable, cheery and clean. ALL staff are friendly, polite and bend over backwards to be accommodating to patients as well as visitors. The physical and occupational therapy teams are good at their jobs and always willing to update patients and families on progress and plans. The food is impressive .. so delish. The cafeteria is so clean and pleasant with great outside views. There are so many activities to participate in if one so chooses. Guest singers, arts n crafts, bingo, church services etc There is not one negative thing myself, family or Mom ( the patient) can say about this place what a gem of a place.

I was assured I would not be billed for services the first month, Medicare paying until second month when my private policy would pay 80%. I stayed only about 10 days due to too few physical rehab treatments (once a day some days, about 15 minutes each). The visiting APN billed for each short visit, with no correction in the promise of no billing there. They need to be upfront about their service costs. Food was often cold, over-cooked, and way too much sugar for a diabetic.

My mother is getting good care at Lake Hamilton Health & Rehabilitation Inc. It's long-term care and also short-term for rehab. She started with rehab, but she's not gonna get much better, so they've moved her to long-term care. They have it all right there, and they're doing a great job. She likes it there. They love my mom and mom likes them. It's very clean. It's a great place. They offer bingo and entertainers come in sometimes and do a show. They have different things they do. They have a library where they can go down and check out books and magazines. They have a game room where they can go play games and puzzles and stuff like that. The price just went up again and it's a little more than I would think, but she's getting everything she needs. It's a little pricy.

My mother-in-law was at Lake Hamilton Health and Rehab. I like it. It's a good one. She was there for 90 days. The staff was all very helpful, very nice, and very friendly. The facility was very clean. The food was like 5 out of 10. It was OK. She was a connoisseur of good food though. She is always a very good cook.

Lake Hamilton Health & Rehabilitation was fine. The food was much better there than where I am currently. The physical therapists were very good because I didn't think I'd ever get out of bed again. They play bingo, singers come in and sing to the group, and they have happy hour and movie nights. It was extremely clean, and some of the rooms were really homey. My room had a couch and a lounge chair in it. The cleaning staff was always vacuuming and cleaning. The price was worth it; I just couldn't afford it.

Excellent care. Dr. Carrington was patient and explained everything so I could understand. The nurses and CNAs have been so kind. I’m so thankful for the care I have received during my rehab stay. The chicken fried steak was fantastic. I would come back here again if I needed more therapy.

This is the BEST facility in Hot Springs. Dr. Carrrington is wonderful to work with and I would recommend any of my family members to go there for rehab or long term care. I have never heard anything bad about LHHR.

After caring for my mother for over a week, I had to tell the physician, Dr. Carrington, what my mom's pulmonary diagnosis was. Staff, including nurses, physician, and social work, didn't know what their policies were regarding transit with oxygen. Not happy with care at all, and I'm a MD.

Lake Hamilton is a facility that would be perfect for somebody who is going to rehab. It's a beautiful facility.
