Interactions with the staff by the resident and family members is up to par. They are always willing to answer all of your questions and if they don't have an answer they will get one and call you back. The rooms are spacious with lots of light coming in. You have the option to have a stove or not and the bathroom is very large. If you would like the facility to pick up a pre-paid order at Wal-Mart, they provide that service on Fridays. The room is always clean and while he does not personally care to participate in activities, his interaction with staff members is always very satisfactory. They were very friendly, kind, and just very helpful in looking at the different levels of care that are available. I have moved into Peachtree Village at Holiday Island. I decided on them because they allow pets. The staff is extremely kind. I don't think I've found one that didn't take the job as joy. The rooms are very roomy. They are bigger than I expected, and they have a large balcony. Peachtree Village at Holiday Island is excellent. They do a very good job with my mom and they are good at communication. They keep me informed and the place is kept very, very clean. They've done a great job during COVID because there have been no cases since. In the first wave, they shut down right away and now again, they're partially closing down.
