I have moved to Morada Fort Smith. It's nice. The people are nice. They have top-quality food. However, they have a bad help problem. A lot of their help walked out on them. They had a lot of kids hired in the summertime, but they left. They tried to hire them back, but they have a help problem. Except for that, everything is good. I get three meals a day. My apartment is nice. There's nothing fancy about it but it is nice. I got a refrigerator. I have no complaints whatsoever about the apartment. I have a one-bedroom. They also have two-bedrooms and studio rooms. They have a nice library and exercises and stuff like that, but I'm not interested. They have some activities. They had bean bag basketball, but because I can't stand up it's really hard for me to do that. However, this place is good if not better than the ones I looked at. They're all a bit different. The staff members are nice, but they have serving problems with the food. You wait too long when you get served, and that's the only complaint I have here.

My brother-in-law was at Morada Fort Smith. Everything was great. The rooms were good and clean. The food was really good. They have a pool table, dominos, different cards, and little dances for them sometimes. They did quite a bit. I was there one time when they had a senior prom. I didn't see many staff members, maybe in the lunchroom, but they're pretty good. Everybody was nice. Value for money was fair.

I did an in-person tour. They took me around and explained to me everything. When we make the decision for my mother-in-law, I think that's where we'll go. The facility looked great to me. I couldn't ask for anything better. They had a patio and some of the rooms had a full kitchen if you want them, but we didn't want that. The staff that accommodated me was excellent.

We moved in, and we've been here for 3 weeks now. It's been satisfactory so far on everything, and the food has been excellent, but now we're confined to the room because of the virus. They have all kinds of activities, they have bingo 4 days a week, a pool tournament on Saturdays, and the dining room was very nice. My wife needs care, but they were very good with that, they redid the bathroom and shower, so she's got plenty of places to get a hold of in case she falls. Everything seems to be fine so far, they've got better people, they're very attentive, and the cook is better than the last place we were. It's a great improvement, and the food is good.

It was an excellent facility. The staff was very caring and seemed to know all the people by name. Everyone there seemed to be very happy and content. I was very impressed with the facility. The grounds were nice, and they had a fenced-off play area for people that had pets. I saw three different rooms that were small but very nice. They had a very varied and active activity list for their people to do. I had a good lunch there. I was very pleased with it.

We like it and my mom has settled in and everything is fine. The staff has been very helpful in keeping me updated on everything that happens with her and with the home health that comes in for her. It's a clean place with activities going on all the time and laundry service. The food is really good and the portions are correct.

It was very high-class, very friendly and caring. Overall, it's the place to be. They have several types of rooms: one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms, and three different sizes of studio apartments. They had excellent menus, and the food was really good. The servers were very helpful. They have an activity director who keeps everybody happy and enjoying themselves while they're there. They go out on field trips to go to concerts, plays, movies, and supper nights out. They had bingo every day, too. It's just an overall good place.

My mom is here, and so far, everything has been very good. It’s a really nice place. Everybody is very caring. I was able to eat there, and they have good food. Their dining area is very clean.
