My mother-in-law was in Fayetteville Health and Rehabilitation Center in a memory care unit. The first time I was there, I did not like it. It was quite dirty. When I went back the second time, it was much, much cleaner. She did not have a private room, which was not good for her, and the rooms were very small. There was no place for her to go and have her things. Other than that, she had good meals, liked her food, and liked most things. The staff were right there with her all the time. They seemed to be okay. I can't complain. They were nice. They had an outdoor facility where they could go whenever they wanted. Some of them were sitting outside. Some of the ladies were gathered around doing their fingernails, but I didn't see any activities they were doing for anyone. I never saw or heard about any of that.

My grandmother was here for a hip fracture she was very well taken care. I have had several family friends that have been at this facility and they have all been treated well. The therapy team is amazing! The star guide that you see through state doesn't tell you anything about the staff and care here. They have changed the administrator and several staff and that has been an improvement. If you have questions about their stars (like I did) you can ask the administrator or their admissions girl. They were very open and explained why such a low star. They both gave me their phone number just in case I had any other questions or concerns.

We had a good experience with Fayetteville Health & Rehab. Our dad/uncle was a resident there and the staff was great. Where it is a smaller facility, the staff was warm and caring and always smiling. It was clear they care about their residents. We moved our uncle closer to home recently and the staff had a hard time saying goodbye. There were lots of teary eyes. Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of our dad/uncle.

My mom was in Fayetteville Health and Rehab. It's a terrible place I had to get her out of there. She was there for five months and she never got out of her room, she was like a prisoner there. The rooms they have there were very small and dark. They had no activities there. She was never out of her room; she ate in her room and had neither activities nor interaction with anybody. First thing I noticed when I walked in that place is the hall was deserted and I asked where everybody was! There were no residents walking around, I never saw a nurse or any person walking around. They neglected the residents. The staff were impolite and were not helpful at all. They changed her insurance of ten years without even telling me, they had no right to change it! It really was a bad experience and I won't recommend them at all.
