My mother is living at Apple Creek Health and Rehab, Llc. She thinks the rooms are too small. They are treating her very nicely and feeding her well. I have no complaints about it. If I had my way, I would probably leave my mom here. They have private rooms. The staff has been great. My mom says they take wonderful care of her. They've done well at keeping us informed of everything that's happening there, with COVID and giving my mother new medications and stuff. They have two courtyards that are divided in the middle. There's a front section that has a courtyard, and then there's a back section that has a courtyard. I think the front section is for rehabilitation and short-term care, and the back section is for long-term care. They do take my mother out and let her get fresh air when she allows them to. My mom says the food is really good. The facility is very nice and clean. They are like getting into Fort Knox if you don't have permission to enter, so they are working on the residents' safety.

My mom was a resident here right after the facility was opened. It was pretty nice then but has gone downhill. The administrator, Diane, sent my mom to a psychiatric unit in Fayetteville without asking me beforehand! The staff there told me she did not belong in a psych unit but Diane would not let her come back. What happened? Mom was stuck there for 8 weeks during the holidays and I was not able to visit that whole time! She died the following October after I got her moved close to me. So the administrator took her last holidays away from us. AC had outside activities using the bus but did away with that so the residents are just there all the time.

I visited this facility when doing news cast for 40/29 news! The facility was very taken care of and very nice! They also, made sure to keep their residents on full check and safe as could be away from COVID-19!! If I could give this nursing home a 10 star I would any day! The employees are so understanding and pleasant as well!
