Tanglewood Apartments is a Senior Public Housing Community that consists of 12 One Bedroom apartments that feature carpeting throughout except for the kitchen and bath and each apartment has its own washer & dryer hook-up in the unit and there is also a coin operated laundry facility located in the Community Building.The Community Manager lives on the property to be available for 24 hour emergency services. Residents at this community must be at least 62 years of age . Rent at this location is based on household income and Medical expenses are an allowable deduction from income. The rent includes utilities except telephone and cable. There may be a waiting list for rentals. Eligibility requirements are set by HUD.
