My husband was at Bradford House. All the time that I was there, they were the nicest people and cared a lot. I had no complaints. They were just marvelous all the way around. They had been so helpful and so caring. They were wonderful to me and my husband. I was well pleased. They were very kind and very good. The dining area was very nice. They had a separate area for families if they wanted to get together. The facility was very clean and well-kept. My husband was certainly taken care of while he was there. The upkeep of his room was nice. They had his bed and his chair fit in there beautifully. He had another person in there with him, which is fine because he likes to talk, so that's good.

My husband is now at Bradford House. It's exceptional. They are very caring. I couldn't ask for a better facility for him. He's happy there. They let me know everything that's going on. And I just can't say enough good things about them. He's in a semi-private room, but it's very nice. They keep the facility clean. The staff is super friendly. Food and dining are exceptional, too. They take into account his dietary needs. Like right now, his food needs to be ground for his swallowing, so they do all that for him, and if he needs help eating, they feed him. They're just great.

My wife was in Bradford House for rehab. It was friendly. She was there for therapy for her shoulder and her knee, and they did well. The food looked alright, and they had a varied menu. I saw them playing bingo once. They're not the most expensive place around here and not the cheapest. She's going back there tomorrow.

Bradford house does not inform residence or the residence family about room changes in advance. Raylin in the office is extremely rude, unhelpful, and very unprofessional. Definitely do not recommend this facility.

Today I visited friend at Bradford House. Walked up to front desk. Two nurses/aids/workers standing chit chatting about their weekend. Not work related. No response from them. A nurse sitting st back of desk area yelled “ Yes, Can I help you sir”? I yelled back yes u can! The aid that took me to room was very friendly, smiling. During visit, friend needed to use restroom and sit in chair as his backside was getting numb. Called nurse. CNA came in. Patient explained situation. She stated her helper just went on lunch so it would be an hour before they could do anything. I offered my assistance w her. She said against the rules. Friend told her, if he doesn’t get moved, he won’t be able to control himself. She said” Well- we’re going to give you a shower later anyway “. Are you telling me this is the mindset of this aid? Rather than find someone to help take you to the rest room, I’ll just let you soil yourself since we’re going to shower you later? Ridiculous. Aid should not be doing this job. I emailed website requesting a call back tomorrow. If not, I will call and speak w upper management. First time visit was horrible today

Bradford House Nursing and Rehabilitation seems outstanding. They have a waiting list for people to go into their memory unit. The memory unit has 2-people rooms so you share a room, and it is a locked facility. The people seem nice. The dining area was separated from the rest of the people, and the food smelled good.

Bradford House is nice. It was our second choice of places for our father. He would have been in a semi-private room where he could bring his own furniture, bed, and personal items to decorate the room however he wanted. When he would get into long-term care, he could have his own TV. The staff was really nice. We only met with the one person who gave us the tour, and she seemed nice. They have people there that would check on them twice a day and do his laundry and linens. The residents seemed happy; one said that she loved it there. The dining area was nice.

We got him at Bradford House Nursing and Rehabilitation. The place is clean and new. It's going to offer him everything that we needed. Everything is great; we love it!
