Mercy Crest was wonderful, and they took us on a tour. They answered all our questions. They even showed us what a 2-bedroom would look like. They showed us where the room would be and spent a great deal of time with us. We had a lot of questions, and they sat with us and answered each of them. My father really likes it because of the religious aspect of it, right there in the building. My parents luckily already new some people there, so they felt comfortable. Several times we called back, and they were always very friendly, very nice. The staff was friendly while we were there. They say Hi. How are you?" It was a very nice experience. The dining facility is very restaurant style. They come in and sit in our seat, and someone comes in and takes the order, so they are not having to get up and down. The apartments were clean. They have a 2-bedroom and then all the rest of them are 1-bedroom. They have the ability to go on different kind of trips, to the grocery stores, they will take them to appointments. They really seem like they are going to be taking good care of them.

Mercy Crest was really clean. There was no odor or smell. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very neat and freshly painted. Everything is fixed up as the resident moves out. The one-bedroom was spacious, and it had a living room, kitchenette, a bathroom, and a huge walk-in closet. The food was really good. The dining room was neat and clean. The tables were far enough apart so that residents would have enough room to get their wheelchairs or maneuver around with their walkers. They had an exercise program every morning, bingo, and a gospel band once a month. You had to have a code to get in and out the door.
