I have been a resident for nearly 3 years. As a former businessman for many years, I am impressed with the smooth leadership of our present CEO, Ms. McKeller. Liz, our activities director has a great and busy program for us. Housekeeping and kitchen crew do an excellent job. Also, I am quite at peace and happy with my decision to move here.

I think I would enjoy living at Pinecrest Retirement Lodge. The staff members were all nice, and the residents were all busy with activities. They were putting together puzzles, cards, and dominoes, and they also have games. The room that I saw there was clean and nice, and it was a good size. I also saw their nice sitting area. They have a big porch that you can go out and sit on. The food looked like it would be good.

Pinecrest is the best thing to happen to our family. The care my grandmother receives is beyond exceptional. We are so thankful to have found Pinecrest. The staff is wonderful. We couldn't ask for any better.

My mom is now deceased, but she spent the last four years of her life at Pinecrest and called it, "The next best thing to being in my home!" I never worried about her after she moved in, and the staff was kind and loving. I cannot say enough positive things about Pinecrest.

My brother moved into Pinecrest in June 2015 following a stroke which he suffered in November 2014. The care he has received there has been nothing short of outstanding. Other than home, there is no other place he had rather be. We have no complaints and would highly recommend Pinecrest to anyone who may be interested.

I have never felt so at peace knowing that my mother is taken care of with so much sincere love. When my mother was here last year with my father, and Dad needed nursing home care, I could see the sadness on their faces knowing they were having to move. After my father went to heaven, I was so excited there was a room for my mother to come back!

We have received excellent quality. The only problem at this facility is the bathrooms are just not big enough. But no other complaints.

We didn’t like Pinecrest at all. It was more like a nursing home. My mom is ambulatory and would do different things, so we were not impressed with them at all. The staff were very nice, and so was the room, but it was just a regular room. The dining room was little and it was not very nice.
