Overture Kierland was very nice, but we have too much stuff for the size of the apartment. The staff member was very helpful, knew what she was talking about, and was very nice. The apartment was nice, but too small. They have a pool and a very nice dining room, but they only serve brunch. They also have underground parking.

Overture Kierland was new, so it's very beautiful and very clean. I just didn't like paying extra for the water and the electricity. They didn't offer meals other than Continental breakfast in the morning. I went to one of their parties and they had a dance instructor and it was very nice. The people that attended were not exactly of my economic bracket. They looked like high class Scottsdale people, but the personnel was very nice. They didn't have outside walkways. They had a little balcony, which was scary because I'm scared of heights and it didn't give me as much feeling of security.
