What a wonderful home! We are so grateful to Blue Lakes Assisted Living for the care and love they gave our Mom. She lived with them for seven years and was very comfortable and happy in her new home. Ben and his staff became family to her and our family. The fact that each resident has their own beautifully decorated room with private half bath makes it unique and feels like home. They provide nutritious meals and snacks including Mom’s favorite… Ice cream! It was such a comfort to know she was well cared for and all her needs were met. We really cannot thank them enough. We are extremely grateful! I would tell anyone who is looking to give their loved one in need a safe and happy home, that Blue Lakes Assisted Living is the perfect place for them.

My mother has been living and THRIVING at Blue Lakes for 8 years. This private and noncommercial home is upscale, immaculate, and provides an oversized bedroom wirh private half bathroom to every guest. Weekly activities, such as music, games, and art occur to add extra enjoyment. My mothet initially moved to Blue Lakes to recover from a broken shoulder. Her stay developed into a permanant situation because the environment is beautiful, and safe, and she is blessed to be surrouded by such a caring group of people. Her every need is met proactively and responsively, and she is treated like an important part of a small senior communiry. The owners and the homecare staff are trustworthy and so commited to fulfilling her every need with respect, patience, and love. I used to worry about my mother when she lived on her own, and now I am so at peace that she is safe and content.

Blue Lakes was the answer to prayers. Dad spent his last years there and celebrated his 97th birthday surrounded by staff and residents who had become like family over the years. The staff is kind, concerned, and caring. The property is cheerful and immaculate. Meals are homemade and prepared with care and attention to the resident's likes and dislikes, as well as special dietary requirements. The owners are professional, compassionate, helpful and attentive. They have worked with us to coordinate medications, doctor visits, and therapy. Ben and Michelle are generous with their time and sincere about providing the best environment for Dad. They work hard to meet special requests when it comes to diet and their residents' activities and interests. When Dad went to the hospital, Ben was there to visit and check on him. When Dad expressed interest in gardening, they helped set it up so we could plant herbs with him that he waterd daily. They make holidays at Blue Lakes special occasions for the residents and their families to share. I would 100% recommend Blue Lakes Assisted Living. If possible, I would give them 100 stars! "
