Roommate Lee wishes take precedence over mine and he always watches TV in the dark 543 pm Friday 9/23/22, so lights out. Lights on @745 am. Get used to long sleep here. Breakfast 8 am, Lunch noon, dinner 4 pm. Food pretty good. Place is clean.

The staff at Grace Hill Adult Care is a husband and wife care team that live on site, and the owner has two or three other people that rotate during the day, night and during weekends. So far I don't have any complaints. I like that they have activities during the day, so I know my mother is not just sitting around doing nothing or wasting her time. They tried to put her in a double room based on my mom's needs. But it didn't work, so they had to move her into a private room. I really appreciate that we didn't have to pay the difference, and we didn't have to pay to move in any furniture. Everything was all provided. Mom is happy, although it was very rough at first. When we moved her in, she had a huge setback which is part of the disease and she hasn't bounced back from that. I think overall, she's better there than she was living with us. The staff seems to be doing a really good job. There's a huge variety in their menu. However, they don't serve vegetables with every dinner. My mom is a salad lover. They don't serve salad, broccoli, or steamed vegetables. But overall, it seems like a pleasant place.

I visited this care home and was very impressed with the loving care that was being provided individually to all of the residents. The home was immaculate, nicely decorated, had a comfortable and homely atmosphere, served a delicious lunch, and even celebrated a resident's birthday cake and all that day. I encourage you to visit Grace Hill Adult Care home and feel the love for yourself.
