I'm currently at Arrowhead Valley Retirement Community. I was just overwhelmed with how pretty and gorgeous and nice it is. They even have piped in music in the hallways to relax you when you come in. They have a koi pond and a waterfall. It's just gorgeous. It's beyond description. The staff are wonderful. They come and clean your room once a week and do whatever you ask them to do. They're wonderful. They even brought me cookies when I first got here. They have so many activities. They have bingo, they have cards, and they have exercise of all kinds for seniors that are gentle and easy to do. The selection of food is wonderful, and the food is great. Each apartment has its own full-sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and stove, so if you don't happen to like what they're serving that day you can just make your own. It's kind of expensive, but it's worth it.

Arrowhead Valley Retirement Community was excellent in all aspects. If I were to choose, I think I would try to aim for them. It was clean and new. Everything is handy. You don't have to worry about anything. The maintenance guy was on site. Everything was just beautiful. It was just stunning. It's kept up well. The ladies in front are very, very nice. I love their inside, too. I like the sizes of the rooms. They all have their kitchen, refrigerator, and washer and dryer in every room. It's actually like an apartment. The person who did the tour was excellent. She was very, very kind and she answered all my questions. She wasn't rushed. She gave me a good tour, which I enjoyed. She was very nice. I think they're doing their job very, very well. It makes you want to be there. It was also very kind of them to ask me to stay for lunch, but I had another appointment.

I have been living here at Arrowhead Valley Retirement Community for almost 3 years now. My experience has been very good. Some people and myself sometimes have a difference of opinion on the food, but they have an excellent salad bar. If you want to have a sandwich made or a hamburger, they'll do that. They have extra things you can take if you don't like what the main meal is. I have had nothing but pleasure dealing with all of the staff. They are very polite and they are very nice to me. If I need something done, they will get it done. I have two bedrooms with two bathrooms, and then the center has a kitchen with refrigerators, a garbage disposal, a dishwasher, and cabinets. Then there's a place for kitchen chairs and then the living room. I have a deck that's very comfortable, with 2 large chairs. I also have my own heating and air conditioning unit in my room with the control. I don't have to pay for the television and telephone lines. We have exercises 5 days a week and bingo twice a week. Every Friday, we have a happy hour where they serve several kinds of beer and wines. Normally, we have some type of entertainment that comes. They have a bus that takes us to different places, like the casino or shopping. If you have a car, they will bring the car to the front door for you and they take it back and put it in the garage for you.

Arrowhead Valley Retirement Community was very nice. It's a fairly new place, and we were treated very well. They have three meals a day. The apartment was very nice. There's nothing bad that I can say about it. The staff was very nice. They have housekeeping and activities. The facility is clean.

Arrowhead Valley Retirement Community is outstanding, new, clean, and full of wonderful things for me and my spouse. We've paid and got the keys and stuff but we are not moving from our home until October. We went over there and took our friends back to eat. On Sunday, they had a brunch with wonderful food and we were there too. It's independent living. The manager that we met when we first walked in, Lisa, was just excellent. She took us all around the community, she was very friendly and very knowledgeable. We were very impressed. They do everything from valet parking. They are just Johnny on the spot with politeness and eagerness to help and show you where things are. This place is about 25 minutes from our front door. It's near and we're familiar with a lot of the stuff around. The big Arrowhead mall is 5 minutes away so that's also super.

My parents are moving into Arrowhead Valley Retirement Resort. We've already moved some things in. It was very open and friendly. We liked Liza: the sales person . It looked very nice, was very clean, very pretty, new, and it had a large unit just like they wanted. It has a nice, large, two-bedroom, 2-bath unit with a washer and dryer and that's exactly what they needed. It was a very smooth process and made my parents comfortable.

I visited Arrowhead Valley Retirement Community for my mom and it looked like a lot of fun. They had a variety of activities, the vibe in there was just really cool and easy, laid back. It reminded me of a luxury hotel. That's the only place that didn't have a pool, and that's why she did not chose it, 'cause it didn't have a pool, but they had everything else, and it had a credit union inside of it. The dining area looked very nice. It was like a restaurant.

We rent a 2 bedroom/2 bath floor plan on the ADA accessible floor. Spacious, very clean, new, concergie service, meals cafeteria style with special selections available, and a community that has selected activities for residents. Transportation to Med Appts avail, plenty of parking. Small pets ok. No special rules or surprises. Great help from maintenance. Cleaning once a week, nice community. Very expensive at 5K a month. Non-smoking campus! Spacious grounds, we are pleased

We visited Arrowhead Valley Retirement which is a beautiful community. It's like being on a cruise ship with the services they have to offer, but it's way too expensive for us. The rooms are beautiful and they offer everything. The person that showed us around were very cordial and very nice. It's a very beautiful place with lots of services, but I'm rating them a three because the price is too expensive.
