We chose Prestige Assisted Living at Lake Havasu for Dad because of the location, the cleanliness of the facility, and the activities that they have for the residents. I really appreciated how the lady who gave us the tour didn't refer to it as an assisted living facility but referred to it as a senior community. We liked what we heard and how it looked. We've gone over the menu and they offer a wide variety of meals. If you choose not to order what they're serving that night, you have the opportunity to pick something else. I would eat there. However, we voiced concern to one of the employees of a health issue and she forgot to forward that information onto the nurse on-call. So, unfortunately, it didn't get addressed until I addressed it the following day. However, it was taken care of and everything's fine. They have a sing-alongs, happy hour, Bingo, and service on Sunday mornings. They invite him down for all the activities. The staff is very friendly and they're very kind to my dad. They'll go and check on him and invite him down to whatever is going on. I'm very pleased with everything. They have good, healthy choices of food. His health has improved and he was taken off of hospice care. It looks like a luxury hotel as opposed to a nursing home or assisted living facility. When you walk in, it has a fireplace, and a beautiful banquet-like dining room with linen tablecloths.

I liked Prestige Assisted Living at Lake Havasu. It was newer and appeared to be cleaner. They sent me home with menus and their food looked good. It was more of an updated and newer facility. I only dealt with the person that showed me the facility, but he was good. He kept in pretty close contact with me.

I liked Prestige Assisted Living at Lake Havasu the best. It's close to my work, and it's a nice setup there. We met with a gentleman named Larry and he's very helpful. He gave us a lot of good information. I'm very pleased with the tour. It all looked very nice in the dining area. We had a tour of the rooms and everything was nice. The staff members were all very nice, pleasant, and professional. It was all clean, comfortable, and bright. The parking was kind of tight there.

We liked Prestige Assisted Living at Lake Havasu. There seemed to be a lot more staff there. They have six caregivers on the floor at all times and there seemed to be a lot of activities for the residents to do. They're also playing bingo when we walked in there. So, it's pretty busy. We toured both assisted living and memory care. They have two symmetrical wings for assisted living that were nice, and then they had a separate corridor for memory care, which houses about 15 people. Everything looked very similar no matter what wing you were in. So, it kept a consistency there for the residents, which I liked as well. Bill toured us around and he was very professional and very informative. He took a good amount of time to tour the entire facility and answer all of our questions. He listened well. So, I think it was a very good experience overall. The place was pretty clean, really, really nice, and was much more up-to-date. Some folks were eating and the food looked pretty good and smelled pretty good. The units were all apartment- style. They have a kitchenette with a sink, a toaster, and a full-size refrigerator. They have a couple of enclosed patios on each of the assisted living wings that were of a U-shape. There's another courtyard with a concrete walking path around some grass, too.

Prestige Assisted Living at Lake Havasu was very nice and very fancy. Everything was neat and clean. So, it would be a good place, but it was just quite expensive. There were various size rooms, from studios to two-bedrooms, and everything looked really good and neat.

I got to tour Prestige Assisted Living at Lake Havasu. At that time, they did not have a room available for what my husband needed. It was a very nice memory care unit, and it was a very nice facility. There wasn't anything that I didn't like about Prestige. Probably the thing that I liked the most was that they do try to treat them like family. They do try to keep them active, so they don't just sit there in their rooms and stare at the walls. For the food, there's a menu option. The person who gave me a tour, Bill, was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and gave me some guidelines on some of the issues I needed to be checking out. They were very helpful. You have to furnish the apartment there. They have activities. They have movie night. There is a selection on meals, and they have snacks available. They have a courtyard.

Everybody at Prestige Assisted Living at Lake Havasu was engaging. The lady who greeted us was awesome. She was tasked to do a lot of things, but she took her time and sat with us, answered any questions we had, and introduced us to the memory care unit. The place is nice and there were activities going on with the residents. The place was more lively and not as depressing.

My overall impression of Prestige Assisted Living at Lake Havasu City is very good. Everything is very nice. My father is on the memory care side. They have some creative dishes, not just standard stuff, but interesting menu items. They have a lot of different activities for the seniors, a lot of group activities for them to participate in, and different areas for them to join the others and participate. The staff members are all very accommodating, helpful, kind, and caring. The food is good and very appetizing. The price is reasonable for the area.

Wish I didn't have to give this facility any stars. My mother is in the facility and is not getting the proper care. The nursing staff is a joke. They will not work with the Doctor and consistently do not get the medications correct. We are looking into other accommodations an suggest anyone that is looking at this place look in another direction.

Prestige Lake Havasu City was very nice. They were very helpful and organized, but it was more expensive. It had two floors, so my mom would have needed to take the elevators. For her, it would have been difficult. It just wasn't right for her, and one of the biggest reasons was the cost. The staff was very good. The lady was very organized, gave me a lot of information, and was very helpful. There was a big garden area outside. They had a lot of activities. They had a van service that would take you to the doctor or anywhere you needed to go. They were very good if you could afford it. The dining area was fine and very clean. What impressed me was that it seemed well thought out and organized.

Prestige Assisted Living at Lake Havasu was quiet, clean, and beautiful. The staff showed us around and were very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. They had rooms upstairs that were satisfactory and nicer than the other ones I've seen. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. The dining room was beautiful.

Prestige is a very caring facility. Denise spent her time with us showing us around and giving information. The ratio to care is 6 to 1 which is great. They have a dog and a cat in the home for the residence which my mother will love. Very homey, with many activities for the residence.

my friend's grandmother is a resident at prestige, and i go with my friend to visit her often. the facilities are clean, and the staff seems friendly, but a bit overworked. sometimes they are late with my friends medication. on more than one occasion i have seen a staff member smoking, and that is just low-class. there should be a designated area for smoking. my friend seems happy in the facility, but i wish they would have more activities for her. thank you.
