It was very nice, everything was bright, cheery, and the windows were open in the dining area. When you walk in there's no old-people smell like some other places have. We saw some of the rooms, and the double room was kind of small, but livable. You have the option to use the facilities they have, or you can just have an apartment. The staff was overly friendly, very nice, and extremely helpful, so if you have any questions they answer them right away. We got to talk to the cook and they were also really nice and helpful; they were even were teasing my friend back and forth. It was a very nice experience overall. We also saw residents playing games during our visit.

When I first walked in, the staff was knowledgeable, welcoming, and more than happy and very quick to show us around. It looked very clean, and the people were very respectful. The dining area was very nice. They had a very nice pool, which I believe was waist deep, for therapy as well as exercise. One of the features I thought was outstanding that the refrigerator was on the countertop and nicely displayed, so older people do not have to bend down to use it. The room was very nice with an excellent view and had one of the better showers compared to a lot of the places I saw. The one here was totally flat, so she didn’t have any step at all to get into the shower. It’s just nicely laid out and had beautiful amenities outside. You had your own little patio. Everything was centrally located to the dining and general socialization room. I was very impressed. I’ve dealt with a lot of places in California, and this was one of the better ones.
