Avista Lake Havasu City were the only ones that were within my mother's price range where she can afford. She also gets to keep her car and they just have a better atmosphere there than anywhere else. They were very professional. It's a very nice facility on the inside and great staff. My mother liked it the first time she went in there while we were looking at places, and so that's the one we chose. She has a 303-square-feet studio apartment. It's really big. It's bigger than most hotel rooms. They have real grass. We have nothing but bricks and stones and dirt and rocks. Nobody has green grass here and nobody tries to grow green grass, but they did. It does not smell like urine when you walk in. It smells nice and clean.

We did a tour. It was very clean. When you walk into the place, you just feel so at home. I've been talking with Larry, and another lady that actually showed us around there. She was wonderful. She introduced my mom to some of the people and showed us all the different apartments. It was a very nice place, from the ones that I did see, I think that would be more to my mom's liking. My mom is very active, so it's basically just to have her at a safe place in case something did happen. It's more like a home, and it has really nice living conditions there. They have their own apartment, their own baths, everything, and a little kitchen. It was nice. I did not try the food, but I saw it and it smelt really good. We were there at lunchtime and the people were out sitting, having their lunch at the dining room, which was very pleasant. The food looks good. The kitchen is nice and clean. They did offer us if we wanted to eat. It's a hard decision, but if I put her anywhere or if she wanted, my brothers and I agree it would be the one. It would be a nice place for mom, and it's really close to me.

It was excellent. The facility was clean and very cozy. Our tour guide was very informative. I really enjoyed it. The apartments were also very cozy and clean. It looked like a regular apartment, not an old nursing home. It was a nice living space. There were some seniors doing puzzles when I was there. It was nice and quiet, yet comfortable. The dining area looked spotless, and their menu looked amazing.

I think they can hold 35 or 40 people. It's assisted living and the layout is great. It's actually in a cube shape. The center opens with the garden area and grass area, but the rest has nice wide hallways that you could use a scooter or a walker in. It's a square so you go around the square. That's about how I can describe it. The staff did a very nice job, introduced me to multiple people that worked there, and they were all welcoming and caring. There were 2 room sizes and the room that I got to tour first was a studio. It's just your layout and then it's got your bathroom with the floor so you don't have to step up. It has a small refrigerator and microwave in the room and it has room for your TV. It's kind of a small apartment-type area and everything was very clean. The other unit was a 1-bedroom and it has another room other than the studio for where your bed would be. It adjoins the living room and the kitchen. It was very accommodating as well. The dining room is a community-type where you could sit with other people, whether they're in a scooter, a walker, a wheelchair, or independent. It just looked like a pretty handy place to be and they serve you directly at your table. From what I can see, both the inside and outside were very well cared for, immaculately clean, and it did not smell like urine or anything. It smelled clean.

We've been here. It's a wonderful facility. It's clean, and they have wonderful staff. Jill and April were wonderful. It was laid out very nicely. You get to eat three times a day, they have in-home health care, and you can get hospice if you want.

We are thinking of choosing them for my mother-in-law. We did a virtual tour and then they took us inside, too. The facility was very nice, very clean, and very upbeat. They showed us two different types of rooms, and they were very nice, too. The staff was very pleasant, very knowledgeable and very helpful. When we visited, they had Bingo going on, there was a lady watching TV, and somebody else was walking about, so there was activity. The part of the facility where they can sit and walk was beautiful and very big. My mother-in-law was very impressed because she can go there and walk if she wants to with her walker. We didn't see the food, but I know they serve meals there, and the kitchen was very clean.

I found it to be very bright, very clean, very homey and much smaller. We met some of the staff and the chef, and we were shown a room occupied that was all set up and very attractive. I liked that it was on a very quiet street. I liked the little, beautiful sections, which were very homey looking, for the residents to use. One area was a library and another had a pool table for the men, and they had a computer room. The courtyard had a lot of green and benches; people were using it. They had some desert turtles that lived in the courtyard, and one gentleman had his puppy out there with him. The director was very friendly. It was a Sunday and we did not tell them that we're coming. She took us through and I found her to be very informative. I had an overall good feeling about the area. It was closer to our church and didn't feel like an institution. It felt more like a home and had a lot of windows and a lot of light in the hallways. One resident was given a badge to be an ambassador for the place, so he let people in the door, and I found that to be really good. I got a really good impression about it. The hallways and the rooms seemed really clean. They said they were going to get new carpet, chairs, and roof; that impressed me. I love their dining room. It's very cozy and pretty and everything looked out on the courtyard. There were windows everywhere.

We toured here. It has a little courtyard, the staff answered all of our questions, and they had a nicely furnished common area. The rooms were nice.

It was very nice and beautiful place with beautiful and spacious rooms. I ate lunch at the dining room, and it was just wonderful. It was a wonderful place to be. They had good food. I did not look at the menu. I just ate what I was served. I toured the room. I could either have a single room or a room with a bedroom and a room with a kitchen, which was what I wanted.

My mom is living here. It's only one story, which we like. She doesn't need to go up any stairs, and there are no elevators. Everything is on one level. The rooms are very nice. Each one has a kitchenette and a bathroom. She only has a studio-sized room. It's not big, but it's completely fine for one person. They have a lot of group activities. They play board games, have activities where they move around, do different exercises like modified yoga and tai chi, and throw things using their entire bodies in participation with the group. The food is very good and well-balanced. They have a dining area and an activity room where you can play bingo or do arts and crafts. They have another room where there is a TV set. Sometimes, they do sing-alongs; there's a piano or an organ that people can play. They watch programs on TV and discuss news and events. Sometimes, they show movies and serve popcorn. They also have community things. They are going to have a dance soon, and they will invite families. They also allow animals, which is very nice. So far, we haven't had any problems at all. She has her own room, and there are more people that she can share her time with.

We visited and a pleasant young lady assisted us. It's in beautiful condition. The rooms were very well lit, very comfortable, and quite spacious; even the studio looked like it would be comfortable. It was so quiet. I only saw two ladies in wheelchairs. Other than that, I didn't see anyone or any activity on a Sunday early afternoon. The dining room was really fancy.
