My mom likes it there at The Enclave at Gilbert Senior Living. They're very clean and they have good food but she hasn't tried the amenities yet, as far as the pool or the activities. She hasn't done any of that. She moved into assisted living. They have a pool and they have activities for her to do like cards and I know they have movie nights too.

I toured The Enclave at Gilbert Senior Living. I like the floor plans, the affordability, and the atmosphere. The staff were friendly and hospitable. They have activities in the community, but then they attend local theater, and they go to museums. They have different day trips or evening trips. They go to different local restaurants.

Shiny as heck on the outside and the sales people are super SALES people. Although there are a select few staff members who are amazing, they are woefully under staffed and/or under supervised in all areas. My mom has suffered theft on several occasions, the response times to her requests for help are slow and their accounting of it is shady at best, tonight she waited 2 hours for her meal. On two occasions when I've gone to have lunch with her they ran out of plates. On both occasions the server said she would "go back and wash some." And then proceeded to come back with "clean" plates (um health codes?). The beds aren't made as scheduled...so many other areas that could be discussed. There is a new director who is allegedly working to pull them out of the mess that The Enclave has become. There is nothing in this review that I have not shared directly with her.

The Enclave at Gilbert Senior Living was nice and neat. It was a big place, and it seemed well-run. The staff who gave me the tour was very good. The rooms were large and nice. From what I saw, I could tell everything about it was good.

My mom stayed at this facility. I only had her there a short time. She fell twice while there, broke a hip and her femur. There is not enough help for the amount of people staying at this facility. The food is terrible and not set for diets for elderly. Most of the food is not edible. Removed my mom an extra month's rent was charged to her bank account without authorization. Have a terrible bug problem in the rooms. If you have a loved one, don't use this facility.

The Enclave at Gilbert Senior Living has a separate little home that we can use. It has a casita. The staff members were very helpful, efficient, and very kind to us. I asked some people there how they liked the food, and they said it was very good. It was very clean and decorated well. Everything looked nice. The layout was really good. We liked the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It worked out well.

My dad is at The Enclave at Gilbert Senior Living. It's not too bad. It's extremely expensive, but other than that, they seem to be taking good care of him. Their dining room is closed. They've had a COVID outbreak, so they've pretty much shutdown their facility again. From what I'm aware of, they have activities, but they're very limited in scope. It's brand new.

Food is horrible. Often served cold, over or undercooked. Service is very slow. It's not uncommon to wait 15mins for a cup of coffee. We have complained to management on many occations verbally and in writting. The problem continues, nobody cares. Management response....I can't do anything about it!

I like The Enclave. It was very friendly. There were people visiting with each other in two different areas. While I was sitting there waiting, people would walk up and talk to me and they would let me ask them questions. They were friendly. The place was also newer, which I like. They had two eating areas. The dining area was more my style. It was not really fancy, it was plain, and I like that. They had two rooms to show me. I like them both because the washers and dryers were in the room. They were both stackable and small, and they seemed to be part of the room. I like that. The staff was attentive to me. They had a pool, a workout room, and a library.

The Enclave at Gilbert is very new but it looked more like a hotel so it didn't seem to have a family atmosphere yet. They had pools, the rooms were beautiful and they had washers and dryers, and the dining room looked really nice. They didn't take care of diabetic patients which is kind of a shock because that's a substantial number of that age group, so that seemed kind of strange. They had some games. It was a beautiful place, but because it was so brand new it looked almost kind of sterile. It just wasnt what we were looking for.
