My mother stayed at Sky Ridge Senior Living. Everyone there was very personable. They remember your name. The nursing staff was very nice and very easy to work with. They had a very nice family room for people with memory care to hang out and watch TV together. They had another dining area that was nice where a lot of them would sit and have conversations. They had some puzzles they could work on, and she got a lot of social time with the other residents.

We like Sky Ridge Senior Living. Whoever gave us the tour was very thorough. We liked what we saw. She took us to both sides of the facility. The food looked appetizing. Everything was clean and nice. We liked everything about it. They had a very nice outdoor patio. They had someone who came in and did their hair and nails. They seemed to have everything we wanted.

I like everything about Sky Ridge Senior Living. The only thing was that they don't take Medicaid. Other than that, the place is perfect. It is immaculate. The staff is very helpful and there is plenty of staff. The residents are similar to what my husband has, so he would fit in pretty well there. They have programs that go on all day long. They try to keep everybody in the memory care area engaged daily. The food service looks beautiful. I looked at the menu and I was very satisfied with it. The public areas were very, very nicely set up. There were televisions, games, and books. There were a lot of ways to keep busy. The rooms I looked at were quite adequate for what I was looking for. They seemed very engaged with the residents.

We toured Sky Ridge Senior Living. The place was lovely. It had a little more of like hospital hallways, but everybody was friendly. I liked that they take the residents on a little tour. There's a little tour bus in there, and they will take them to some garden place. They have a couple of extra things and that was nice.

My tour experience at Sky Ridge Senior Living was good. The guy that gave me the tour was very nice. He was very good. I like that place. It was like on my list. It was big and it was clean. He took me around and there was music playing, which I liked. My husband loves music. The rooms were good companion rooms. It was nice. It was good.

My husband will be moving into Sky Ridge Senior Living. My husband enjoyed the tour. This place is lively and nice. He has a TV of his own. He has a refrigerator, and they will allow me to bring in the food that he likes. The staff members are very cheerful, and they're smiling a lot. They have a lot of military people there. The tour guide had all the answers taken care of. She introduced me to some of the people. They were doing exercises. The facility is clean and refreshing. The rooms are nice with windows, but they are kind of small. Everything looks new.

I am not the kind of person who takes time to fill things like this out, but we are talking about my Mothers care. I thought i had found the perfect place for my Mom to live and spend her remaining years. Don't get me wrong, there are some really good caregivers, and employees at this facility, but I will let you make your own decision. My Mom passed away on May 5, 2023 in the Sky Ridge facility. We paid over $7000.00 for her room a month and we needed time to process losing her and felt that we had until the end of the month. We went there after she had passed and our key didn't work. We went around to the back door and found it wide open. We were told that when someone passes they open up the room and let the spirits out. OK. I travel quite a bit for work and had planned on cleaning it out on May 25 and 26. I received a message from Kyle on May 22 saying that they had someone who was moving in on the 26th and could they move Mom's things into another room. When we went to clean it out they had already moved somethings to redo the carpeting. Funny, I couldn't get the lights or the refrigerator to get fixed, no matter how many times I asked... If you leave your loved one here, check up and make sure things are happening like they are supposed to. It is never their fault. There is no perfect place for your loved ones but this one is far from it. Also I think what hurts the most is they talk so much about caring and being a family...You would think that a sympathy card wouldn't be too much to ask for. So dissapointed...

I toured Sky Ridge Senior Living and I liked the place. It had a different feel than the other place I saw, but it was nice. I got a tour from the maintenance guy and not the usual tour person, so that was strange. But he did a great job and was very helpful and knowledgeable, he knew most of the residents by name. So I was impressed with that. They had nice courtyards, and maybe a putting green.

My dad will be moving into Sky Ridge Senior Living. My mom chose it for him as she liked the director. All the people seemed to know him. When we walked through, everybody came up to him and said hi. So, I know that there was a connection there. He seems to care about the residents. My mom actually ate there and she said the food was really good. It costs $8 to eat there, but you can bring your own food if you want to. I liked that it's one story and that it's a smaller community instead of the larger ones. You can just walk in the door and somebody is right there. Plus, there is a code after hours to get in. So, I feel that it's somewhat safer. They have a grand piano in there. We have put a deposit down in memory care and my dad got to pick his room. He will have a courtyard room, so that was nice.

I went to Sky Ridge Senior Living. The sales manager was amazing. He was very, very good, explained things, and was very informative about his property. We did take a nice tour. He did show me rooms, which were not impressive. It wasn't his fault, but they were not impressive. The room he showed me, somebody had just moved out of, so it had been lived in, so the state wasn't ready to be moved into, in my opinion. So it just wasn't a good representation, I'm sure it probably could have been better. So he was great. I liked him a lot. The facility is very small there. I want to say it's one floor of the whole thing. It felt like an institution or a hospital. It just felt very institutionalized. The pricing was brutal, it was high, not higher than anybody else, but very vague with all these extras. What was it going to cost? In the assisted living portion they were having a really fun, happy hour. The staff was nice. They also had some beautiful sitting areas and garden areas. They had a really pretty property. It just had a different feel to it. I did not have a meal, but the menu looked nice and I like that you could order off of the menu instead of being stuck with whatever they were serving. It was more like a restaurant. It was nice.

I went to look here. It sort of hit the Goldilocks point of being just right in terms of location and the kind of memory care that my mom needed. Everything looked very clean. The surroundings were extremely beautiful. They seemed to have a very personal approach to their care, which my mom would have enjoyed, and lived to enjoy it. They all seemed to have their head on their shoulders, and none of them seemed mean.

I liked it. They had beautiful accommodations and private rooms. It's a beautiful facility. I liked that they're located next to an elementary school and a high school. They have a cooperation with the schools to have some intergenerational activities on a regular basis. They were good about following up with me and they were willing to hold a room for me until I had made a decision.

My mother stayed here, but she didn't like it. It just wasn't a good thing for her, and she wants family around. It was good, the staff was good, and the facilities were nice and clean.

I visited and it's beautiful. Everything is new. The staff member who assisted me was good, and answered all my questions. It was clean, the rooms have multiple sizes, and you move your own furniture in.
