The main reason why we chose Brookdale North Gilbert for my wife was it was associated with ALTCS Arizona long-term care. The facility is nice and the people are very nice. My wife has a private room and she's enjoying it. She likes it and the people. The staff has been very good and very attentive. The food for my wife is good. They have movie nights, bingo, singalongs, and arts and crafts. They do a lot. They have a salon and a courtyard.

Brookdale North Gilbert is all memory care. It was really nice. I liked it a lot. The facility was very clean. The staff was really nice. It was a square building. It had a courtyard in the center so the residents could go out, but there's nowhere for them to go. There's no chain link.

We chose Brookdale North Gilbert for mom for a couple of reasons. It's 24-hour care. They have a help desk that's managed by a person 24 hours a day. They're installing cameras in the rooms that activate in case a person falls. The camera sends the message to the person working at that help desk 24 hours a day, so that way they can go into the room and check on the person inside. The staff answered all the questions. When I toured the place, someone was performing. We toured the cafeteria, and there's a courtyard, which was nice and it's enclosed. It's surrounded by the facility, so there's no chance of a person getting lost or being in trouble outside the facility. It's kept up pretty nice, and there's a lot of sunshine.

Brookdale North Gilbert is staffed by some of the kindest and hard working people I've ever met. They care about their residents and Kimberly is a fantastic resource for when it comes time to say goodbye to your loved one. My Mom was here for just a while, but she enjoyed the little time she was there and was comfortable. William the current Executive Director is one that gets down into the dirt to help out and isn't one to shirk his duties. Audrey stepped in as Clare Bridge Program Coordinator (Activities) and has had some of the most memorable family nights I've been a part of. Thank you for all that you've done for us and our Mother.

Brookdale North Gilbert s higher functioning. The tour was fine and the staff members were good. I had no problems there, they were very professional. It was everything I expected. They were playing cards when I was there, and there's arts and crafts that I saw. They have a couple of dining areas, so there were two dining areas. They also have a nice patio. The room was a room with a window, I was just looking at studios so they only have a small area for a couch and a TV. You bring your own furniture.

This facility is in a great family neighboorhood and it's a beautiful facility, but sadly the care and organization inside tell another story. Rooms smell like urine, residents are forgotten in corners or chairs around the facility, laundry, and personal items disappear, residents are looked out of there room if any fall or accident with your love happens they forget to report to the family. As loved ones need more help it seems they ignore there to plead for help. Throughout my loved one stay in this facility, we saw their lack of concern and love for the residents. The directors, nurses, and staff of this facility don't stay for more than 5 months. The only thing you get is promises that are forgotten. Pornography was openly showed to residents, and many other concerns were found in this facility but like I mentioned before its hard to see changes for the best when directors and up management cant stay and make the proper changes,

The facility recently has gone through a remodel and the rooms are so nice and clean, just like you would have at your home. The staff is especially great caring, sweet, kind and go out of their way to be helpful. When ever you need them they are there for you. They love the residence and take so good care of them, like if they are their family. I have always heard positive interactions from the staff and supervisors. Recently they have a new director who has totally taken control and has improved this facility 100%. They have a calendar every month for all the activities. They go and get the residence from their rooms for the activities such as fit and be fit, bingo, bowling, puzzles, arts and crafts, mind and learning games, parties with music, sing along nights, afternoon movies with popcorn and Sunday Bible study. This is just a few of what they offer. Once a moth they have a family night with dinner, and entertainment for your loved one's and their family. They serve a great dinner and have entertainment for all with no cost to anyone. My mother has been in this facility for four years and she loves every one of them. I can't say enough about how well they have taken care of my mother. I love every one of them and thank them from the bottom of my heart. Vicki

We visited Brookdale North Gilbert, but they were full. They did not have a room, but they seemed very friendly. It needed some upgrading.

I visited Brookdale North Gilbert and met the administrative staff. They gave us a brief walk-through. It looked mediocre. The rooms weren’t spacious, but the residents had their own rooms.

Brookdale North Gilbert was relatively new and small, and more personable than other places. The staff is very friendly and polite. They rooms are very clean, modern, well decorated, and quite sunny and bright, too.
