I went to look at Fountain View Village. The floor plans of the apartments that we viewed were nice. I liked the activities. Their workout room was nice and large. The kitchen seemed nice. They're doing a little bit of remodeling, and what they're doing looks great. The staff that we met seemed nice and had been there a while, so that was all good. But it's too far for us, so this is one that I would rule out just because of the distance. They have a calendar that they publish. They have a lot of games that they play and exercise classes. The staff was good. She wasn't as assertive in explaining things. We kind of had to ask the questions. She was just a little more laid-back. I know it's 20 years old. It seems like they kept the ground up, and maintenance looks good.

My mother resides in memory care at this facility. The care she receives is excellent. The staff are kind and caring. Outstanding are the activities staff and the job they do keeping residents busy and stimulated. Their arts and crafts accomplishments are nothing short of amazing. Recently they held an art show and beautifully and cleverly displayed the art that the residents had produced over the last couple of months. I think the families were so impressed by the volume of work and the level of improvement that was noticeable from one project to the next. Great effort by the staff and the residents and their families enjoyed this social event.

Facility is spotless, the staff goes out of their way to encourage residents and treats them with care and respect. Could not be happier with the care, activities, facilities and current staff.

This is a beautiful facility. All the staff is always so helpful and kind. Dad is sometimes hard to find when we visit because he is always off doing the various activities the facility offers. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others

I enjoyed visiting my residents before they moved. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. Lia in particular would go out of her way to make sure the residents always felt at home. She was always professional and kind.

It was beautiful and easy to navigate. All alike patients are together so if you are in memory care, you're in memory care. If you're in assisted living, you're in assisted living. They're not hanging out with each other so very cognitive people are not hanging out with the people that are at the end of their lives. I like that better than anything else. The staff was all very nice. They answered all of our questions, they have continued to stay in touch with us, and they were very kind to my dad when he was there visiting. The ones that we met and worked with were very nice. The room that we saw was clean, large, very nice, and easily accessible. They have restaurant-style dining. They have outdoor areas, a gym, a salon, and I think there is a pool there. The facility was impeccable, very clean, and very bright. It was very comfortable to walk into and look at.

It is very clean and safe. Everybody is nice, friendly, and helpful every time I or my husband needed help. They're always there and make sure he has cleaning wipes and all the necessary things and do his laundry. They're just excellent people. The food is excellent because they have a gourmet chef. The activities are very good. The place is gorgeous. You can sit out on their patio and see the fountain and the mountains all the way around.

My husband is doing very well here. They give him his medicines on time. They check on him if he is not down for his meals. One day, he does not feel like going down to the dining area, and the staff checked on him and asked him if they could do anything for him. He asked for hot chocolate, muffins, and a banana, and they brought those to him. They are spoiling him. It was really great. I would recommend this facility.

It has all the positive things that one would look for. The rooms are considerably larger than most that we saw. It has the spiritual side of things. It has movies, it has physical activities, the trips where you can go places and do things, and walking clubs. It was good, but really it's the location. It's very close to where I live.

The staff was excellent. Not only were they helpful, but they were very kind to everyone who asked questions. It was outstanding. It was almost like they’d all been trained in public relations and just make you feel very welcome. When you walk in, they are very congenial and helpful. I really enjoyed the staff, but the facility itself was extremely clean, new-looking. Everything was tip top. We didn’t experience the food that much, but it feels like the rest of the facility was excellent.

I was looking for an assisted living for both my parents and I was able to visit. The place is beautiful and well cared for. The patients there seemed happy. I was able to see maybe three or four rooms and they were great. Each individual apartment was clean. The staff were excellent. They were not too pushy and very understanding. I didn’t try the food, but I saw the menu and it looked great. There were several different programs that they have. They have a movie theatre which kind of interests my dad a lot and I also think they also have exercise classes.

It is a beautiful place and the people are so kind. Rebecca, who is one of the directors for sales, is great. Laura is in charge of the nurses and she helped us with everything. Joan, the receptionist, set up a whole bunch of stuff for my mother-in-law. My husband and I went to eat with her on the first night and the food was excellent. It was delicious, really good. The thing that sets this place apart, besides that it's got a fantastic view, is that people are so kind and the place is clean. It's absolutely spotless. If somebody is looking for a clean and nice facility for their parents, that's the place. It's almost perfect. It's like a five-star resort. She's got a private apartment, which is nice and very good for her needs. It's got a kitchen, some tiles and carpet, it's very clean. She's very happy.
