The rooms are just big enough for 2 wheelchairs by both beds....there is a big bathroom, even if you can't stand or transfer, they will use a hoyer and put you in a shower chair so you can have a nice shower....the Dietary part is really good if you don't like what they have on the menu you can order different on their anytime menu and even more you just ask if they can make it and they'll find something you'll want, they even cater to vegetarians. There's daily activities in the activities room the ladies even braid hair, there's games, puzzles, bingo with prizes every other day, there's movie days, exercising days, even nails with the girls, and they have an arsenal of colors, lol physical and occupational therapy are really good 30 min. everyday they have so many different exercises for each person, they do their best to get you stronger in whatever/wherever you are needing it...I think they did awesome with me, they even work with you when you want to do it, as long as you try lol...they are all very caring, The nurses are phenomenal, with as many patients per nurse there are, they still keep us all medicated properly lol well they do, but they listen to our complaints and try to communicate it to the PAs and doctors, so they will come and check, my nurses were all caring, took the time to listen to even my headache over my recently deceased son, hugs at the ready, they got me the mental health lady and helped me with my grief...all the staff as a whole will take the time to introduce the head people and who to talk to if you have a problem etc. And they do listen the staff are family to the long-term residents there's a couple elderly ladies that are both in their 90s they are cared for by all the staff even when they roam the halls they are loved by staff as a whole....10 out of 10 would definately recommend..

Our most heartfelt thanks to Oasis Pavilion Nursing & Rehabilitation Center for being such a compassionate and skilled facility. My wife, Anita A was transferred to your facility after a stroke for rehabilitation services. During the time that she spent at Oasis, she was treated with respect and given exceptional care by every staff member she came in contact with. It was so difficult to see her going through these health challenges but such a reassurance to know that the staff at Oasis was taking care of her and looking after her needs so closely. Thank you once again to the outstanding nursing, kitchen, therapy, beauty salon, activities, laundry and environmental services staff. Leroy Angel and Family

My dad was transferred to the Oasis for rehab. The therapy is excellent, and he’s very happy with it. He said the food is delicious, and the nurses’ aides are very quick to respond when he pushed his call button. The staff showed an interest to my father. The move and the change was definitely worth the effort.

My mom was in rehab at Oasis Pavilion Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, and it's not a place where I would want her to ever have to live. They cared for people, but there was no room for your personal things other than an 18x18 table top. It just was not how you'd want a loved one to live. They have a few activities, and it would be a thing where you have to take it on yourself to get involved. It appeared there were no ambassadors to help you move in. It's fine as a rehab, but otherwise it just doesn't qualify.

After my friend could no longer be in assisted living, he was at the Oasis Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, and they were also very activity oriented. I would definitely recommend them. It was clean, and the food was good. The staff was very friendly, they checked on everybody, and their activities department was very active; there was always something for the ones that can get out participate with each other. They encouraged them to eat in the dining room, so that they are around people and not just back in their rooms.

Oasis Pavilion was fine. The therapy, the nurses and the management people were good. They knew their job. It's just that the building was built cheaply. My wife was placed in a shared room and their TV was in an awkward place. I don't think it was necessary for them to have shared rooms, instead they could just put one bedroom and place a refrigerator. The architectural design was also inconvenient. For example, you needed to close the hallway door in order to be able to open the bathroom door; if someone from the hallway wanted to come in, the room door would smash into the bathroom door. They could also improve on their culinary services.

Both my parents stayed at Oasis Pavilion. The staff really took care of them. They immediately brought them to the hospital if they needed a doctor. The food was tasty. My mom liked it very much.
