Denali View Senior Housing

The Denali View apartments, located on Chugiak-Eagle River Senior Center’s campus, were opened in 2003. This 20-unit apartment complex offers affordable, quiet, and secure living for those qualifying for financial assistance. Services available include access to the main dining room, where our congregate lunch is served, scheduled activities, transportation, and access to health and wellness programs. Chugiak-Eagle River Senior Center has provided programs and services to seniors living in the Chugiak – Eagle River area for over forty years. Starting out in a small community building, today our facility is over 100,000 square feet. We currently have 82 housing units, which include 20 assisted living apartments, 20 HUD low-income senior apartments and 42 independent living senior apartments. In addition to housing, we offer low cost transportation, Meals-on-Wheels, a nutrition program and an adult day services program. The center also provides a place for seniors to meet, socialize and enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle. We provide facilities for community groups as well as catering services.
