DONOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONES TO SELMA Nursing/REHAB!!! THE facility should be closed for the lack of safety and care that they provide for their patients! Medications not administered correctly, zero sanitation, call buttons are not answered, and the list goes on!!! With the exception of one staff member, it is the WORST PLACE EVER!!! BEWARE of SELMA NURSING HOME AND REHAB!!!!

My 87 year old mother was a resident of this facility and along with being disabled she is blind. She fell out of the bed and broke two bones in her neck and also contracted MRSA while under the care of Warren Manor. Needless to say this is not taking care of grandma or grandpa, this is pure neglect.

My mother was admitted to Warren Manor for rehabilitation and leaving the hospital after suffering heart and blood pressure problems. She underwent exercises and assistance to help her regain her strength and mobility. As she was there for a couple of weeks, I, and other members of the family, would visit her regularly and we were always greeted by a welcoming and helpful staff. They seemed to be well aware of my mother's condition and the help she would be needing to get her back on her feet. She was given a quite lovely and recently refurbished room that was very well located. She was very well accomadated for her needs. There were a couple of occasions when the staff seemed less attentative to her needs, they managed to lose a couple of her garments in the laundry, and sometimes were not as "on schedule" in serving meals or cleaning the room as one might expect. Overall I would say they provided a clean and helpful residence and assistance for my mother and she was able to leave in a shorter period of time than was expected by her physician. She is now doing much better and I can attribute some of that improvement to the care given by the nurses, therapists and staff at Warren Manor.

As I visited Warren Manor it was the most accelerating experience I have ever had, the staff there was so polite and always on their job, they are very active with their patients, and the staff interact with the patients also they are never mean to them, they have several types of programs for their residents, and they also do rehab for patients that have lost a limb or broken a leg or something, the reason I was so concern about this particular place my grandfather was a resident there for a couple of months before he passed away and they treated us and him with the upmost respect, they was always on time when he called for help, they did everything they could for my grandfather and when he passed the staff was truly devastated. Before he came there he was in such bad shape from the other facility he was at they were so inexperience so that's how he ended up at Warren Manor.
