My mother-in-law is at Moundville Health and Rehabilitation, LLC. The staff is great. My mother-in-law has a caregiver, and her interaction with my mother-in-law is good. They take the time. I've seen them dealing with other people, and they try to make them feel good. They seem to care about the employees. The patients are always clean. My mother-in-law eats lunch with the same people every day. The other staff is what really stands out to me because they care about their jobs, and they do a great job. The caregivers all seem to be in a good mood, trying to take care of people. The facility is always clean. The staff administrators are great. They help my wife, who has to deal with them from a billing standpoint, and the bill is always correct. They do a lot of activities.

Great facility! Very caring staff. Many staff members have been there for 20+ years! Our family is very involved with moms care and the staff is friendly and welcoming!

MY PARENTS HAD A TOTAL OF ABOUT 9 YEARS AT MOUNDVILLE HEALTH . THEY HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL AT ALL TIME. THE STAFF TOOK OUR CALLS ABOUT MEDS WHAT DOCTORS SAID, THINGS SHE NEEDED. WE WERE THER DURING THE COVID SO IT WAS VERY DIFFERENT FROM A NORMAL NURSING HOME STAY. WE HAD OUR OWN ROOM AND BATH THAT MADE MY PARENTS FEEL MORE LIKE BEING AT HOME. THEY LOVED THE ROOM AND THE STAFF WAS ALWAYS WILLING TO DO WHAT WAS NEEDED. WE WERE VERY THANKFUL FOR THE HELP DURING A LIFE CHANGING TIME OF OUR LIFE. AT OUR AGE IF WE NEVER FAIL TO TELL OUR FRIENDS THAT MOUNDVILLE HEALTH IS WERE YOU NEED TO BE IF YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN CARE OF.

Small and comfortable spaces. Very much like home. Always clean and smells good. Staff is wonderful. Many have been there many, many years which says a lot. Lots of activities and community involvement.

Very clean environment and residents all appear well cared for -- open and light -- grounds are also well maintained and staff are very friendly, caring and professional. Well run facility.
