Mom is in the memory care area. The place is fine. They have enough room to eat, and her room is not a bad size. The staff is very nice and helpful. I've eaten there a couple of times, and the food is not too bad.

I went to look at Proveer at Port City. The staff, amenities, cleanliness, and everything was great. They had a courtyard, a beauty salon, a dining room, and an activities gym. The staff member went out of her way to be helpful and tried to help me gather resources. The facility was clean. They were actively painting apartments that residents had moved out of. They're doing everything they can to keep it up.

Please hold this facility to their word when it comes to what is promised for what you are paying for. My mothers room has gone uncleaned for over a year, her bedsheets were not washed for over a year, her AC unit had black and green hairy mold growing on every vent opening with no air filter present and this kind of mold and mildew takes a while to build up. She had fleas and bugs left not vacuumed nor wiped up after a year and a half that I left just to see how long the facility would not touch it. Only when bringing it to their attention, did something actually get done about the situation this past month. My mother had to be hospitalized recently and they said at first it might be pneumonia but they later just said it was unknown. Her air and room not being tended to for so long certainly could have attributed to this illness. The director has only offered to reimburse us a mere $200 just for this last month of December not being cleaned. This is not acceptable with how much money they have gladly taken from us while NOT doing the job for almost 2 years or more. It’s very unprofessional and not good for our loved ones. I trusted this place was doing what was best for my mother and holding to their word for what we are being charged for. They did not. And for way too long.

Vitality Living Regency was clean, and everyone seemed happy. The people working there were very helpful with every question I had. They seemed genuine, like they really cared about the people they were taking care of. They knew what they were doing and how to handle people in the memory care. The coordinator was real informative. The nurse seemed nice and informative, too. I liked the place, because it was a small memory care facility. I felt like you would get good care. The room I saw was updated and big enough.

I toured for my sister. It was wonderful, and the staff were very professional. The tour was very nicely done; we took two of them. They were very friendly and very helpful. They said to call anytime we have a question. They just went all out. The buildings seemed very nice. I liked the personnel. I liked that they've been there awhile, and I liked the continuity of care. The layout was good. It was a smaller atmosphere. It's also closer to my home.

Very nice facility and caring staff. The food is amazing. I was really impressed with the meals that were served there. They are so lucky to have that award winning chef.

It was a nice place, but a little bit older. At that time, what they had was a shared room, so we did not choose this place, but it's got a separate living room, a kitchen combo, a bedroom with a nice closet, and a big walk-in bathroom and shower with a seat. The lady who took me around was very nice, I liked her. They have bingo and that kind of thing.

It was nice, and the people were friendly. The rooms were very pretty, and they had a variety of sizes. We did have a meal there and the food was good. They were having some live entertainment that day; they had somebody come in and they had some live entertainment. It seemed like it was in a quiet neighborhood. I was very happy with it. They were very friendly and outgoing, and right there to help you in any way that you needed help.

I can’t imagine something really nicer, it was incredible. It was new, upscale, was a little more isolated and it looked more like a hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. We saw several apartments and they were just extremely nice and clean. There were some activities. There were things you can do on your own, there were some exercise equipment, a puzzle set up, TV and stuff where you can leave your room and do those things. The employees were outstanding from what I could see.

It is very nice. It is one of the higher end facilities and it is a really great place for someone who is very social and outgoing. They have a lot of different activities that they engage the residents in. The rooms were excellent. They reminded me more of an apartment. They were very nice and large.
