Mosholu Parkway Nursing Rehab Center is a care facility located in the Bronx, NY. This facility is located near the NYC Health + Hospitals of North Central Bronx, and several pharmacies are in the area.Mosholu Parkway Nursing Rehab Center offers 24-hour skilled nursing and specialized rehabilitative care. Bilingual staff are on site to respond to the needs of residents and families. Skilled nursing services handle pain management, diabetes and oxygen delivery. Colostomy and wound care are also available. For rehab, both speech and occupational therapy are offered. Residents can also receive help with recovering from strokes. Amenities include Wi-Fi and TV for patients, along with three hot meals a day. Skype service lets residents speak with friends or loved ones during their stay. Pet therapy is provided, and an aviary is located on the premises. Visitors can choose to have either private or semi-private rooms. The Mosholu Parkway Nursing Rehab Center also facilitates religious services.

The Memory Center provides Senior Adults with mild to moderate cognitive impairment a place for educational, recreational and social programs in a stimulating, safe and therapeutic environment. Our highly qualified staff understands the importance of designing programs that will challenge our participants, enhance their lifestyle and maintain their highest level of independence while providing much needed respite for their loved ones. Daily activities include: discussion groups, music, art, exercise, current events, word games, entertainment, holiday celebrations and much more. A hot, nutritious meal is provided. Family support is offered to caregivers through our collaboration with Jewish Family Services of MetroWest. Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursdays (register for 1, 2, or 3 days per week) Hours of Operation: 9:30am-3:30pm Cost: $70 per participant per day. Limited financial aid available.
