They leave notes and empty the catheter. They follow up well and they are consistent. Once my parents get to know the person, I would like for them to stick around. They are making an impact when they have been here more than 3–4 times. When I have one person, they know what to do and I can leave. When a new person comes in, they have a hard time in beginning. I would more of the consisting caregivers. They seem to be prompt, there is someone who comes out with the caregivers, and they seem to take instructions well.

I know that he's being taken care of. Upon discharge from inpatient rehab 2 1/2 years ago, initially my mom received daily care, and now twice weekly as she improved. Each caregiver is truly caring. They have always asked my mom what and how she wants something done. The agency has been very responsive to any requests we have. So grateful for each and every one of them.

Currently my husband is in a Memory Care facility and required a 1 on 1 caregiver to acclimate to the home. There have been times when my husband attempted to follow me out the door but the caregiver redirected him and a uncomfortable situation was avoided. They help him with his daily grooming including assisting with shaving, washing his hair and brushing his teeth. They also assist with dressing and make sure he is using the toilet facilities. The caregiver has built up a wonderful relationship with my husband which has been invaluable since COVID-19 caused a shutdown of the home and I was unable to visit. I have met with the caregivers on several occasions and they have always been punctual, respective and very concerned for my husbands safety and wellbeing. They have made sure that my husband is eating his meals, exercise him frequently and attempt to take him outdoors weather permitting. I have received calls from the agency with updates and when I have had questions regarding coverage or billing I have always received a prompt response. They have worked closely with me to adjust caregivers hours in an attempt to reduce costs yet make sure that my husband's needs are being met.

I would tell others that the caregivers are very punctual, very friendly, and they work with my Mom in whatever she would like to do, so they are not pushy. My mom is the type of person who talks a lot and the ladies have been patient with her and listened to her talk and talk and talk.

We were able to stay in our home. We were comfortable that someone was watching over while we were out of the house. There were a couple of caregivers that weren't highly qualified. We just needed someone here to sit in case we needed someone. Every once in a while, we would have to explain things they should have already known. They followed through when we needed help. When we needed help in a hurry, they helped. They were on time.
