The caregivers help her with getting around since she has problems with her vision. The agency seems to be pretty reliable.

The last caregiver I had, she was good. I would like for her to be paid a straight rate instead of by the hour I am not getting quality care. The people they send to me are not qualified, all except the last couple of ones.

It has been a positive experience because the caregivers do housekeeping tasks that would be hard for me. They also helped me catch up with organization stuff. It just helps with my independence. In the beginning, there was a problem with getting me a regular caregiver. There were also issues of the caregivers not showing up. They got it figured out, but it seemed to be a problem with staffing.

The person who comes in here I like them very much, they do a good job and I like their attitude, they also seem to care about the people they are caring for. When they come in they do their job and do it well, they usually come on time, and they are polite, they are also friendly.

They do grocery shopping for me twice a week which is extremely helpful, and they are very prompt in doing anything that is necessary around the house like taking out garbage. They are very attentive to my needs and responsive. When someone was sick the owner stepped in to help me directly, which I was very impressed by.

They are a great company and work with the patient and provide great interaction. Punctual and respectful. Great at cleaning and cooking and helping with me having a good attitude. When giving the opportunity they work with my provider to make sure I can get the services I need like bathing. The supervisor are spot on and have called me on different occasions to make sure that I was receiving the proper care. They have been out to my apartment on several occasions to see if there is anything they can do to help. I was without furniture, a bed in particular and they helped me to get household appliances and furniture. Their lines of communication are always open and I try to let them know if anything changes so they can let their employees know in advance. I never knew they existed till this year. If my parents were alive I’d recommend them for her. Thanks Right At Home

They offered assistance to my dad when I was unable to be there. I appreciated that. They were very helpful in making it easier because I knew someone was there for my dad and that he was getting that one-on-one care. I didn't have to worry about him by being by himself. I have no issues at this time.
