I'm working from home most the time and that gives me time to focus and do work knowing my mom's needs are being taken care of. That helps me be my mom's health advocate as well as doctors. She gets the help she needs, and it gives me peace of mind. Our ongoing caregiver is great. I've had consistent problems when I've had to leave town, and we have caregivers that I'm not familiar with. That's a mix of the quality of caregivers and with the schedulers. The weekend schedulers can mishandle and confuse information. The last time I left town, the caregiver didn't have the code for the door and I had to let them know multiple times the code.

Ramona is the best care-provider we've encountered. She is unfailingly professional (punctuality, dependibility,confidentiality, etc), and respectful of client's autonomy. My friend, who is the client, has needs that vary with her illness. She needs vaying assistance with mobility, cooking, shopping, laundry, etc. Ramona's flexibility and sensitivity have made it possible for her to stay in the comfort of her own home. In addition, always has a smile on her face and responds to people with genuine warmth. I find her positive mood contagious!

We did not feel like Donald did not get the care he needed. We hired the caregiver so I wouldn't have to do everything on my own, and go out, but I did not feel comfortable leaving my brother with him. When I was there Don also had a friend over and he had to be able to stand up to pee and the caregiver would not help him stand up and his friend ended up doing it. The caregiver was not really providing the care needed. If I were doing it over again, I would ask the company how much experience the caregiver had before they came.

They had the highest and best reviews on the sites. They are fairly local, and we were able to find a very professional caregiver close by.
