Hired Fedelta to provide round-the-clock service for my mother, who was returning from a hospital stay. PROS: They were able to almost entirely staff 24-hour care, during the month of December. 2 caregivers were excellent, the rest were not. The excellent ones provided service as expected, almost. Communication was good with account rep, although she told me she would meet EACH new caregiver and get them oriented; of about 8, she met two. CONS: agency sent several caregivers who were a bad match: one unvaccinated (although they assured me all would be vaccinated); one allergic to dogs (service dog on site); one who had trouble walking, and spent most of her time at the far end of the house from the patron; several who refused to use iPad for transcription for deaf patron, even with instruction; one who excessively overfed dog, again counter to verbal *and* written instructions. My two biggest complaints however were 1) all but one caregiver falsely indicated they performed every task; for example, one task was "assist patron with shower" which was NEVER done in a month. This was in spite of my meeting with EVERY caregiver and providing written and oral directions; written directions were rarely read. 2) Billing department was aggressive, threatened to take payment via electronic withdrawal, and attempted to overbill by several thousand dollars *counter to their own policy*, assuring me I'd get a refund. If you are not in the same town to manage every new caregiver, and ensure they do what they check off that they have done, don't use this service.

The agency could explain that the things that they use when they are staying overnight, they need to have respect for them. The agency could train the caregiver more. The caregiver did not have any respect for my pillows or flowers.

There were several times when there was nothing for them to do and it was awkward for me to deal with. I have no complaints of the people who came to help. I had several caregivers who came here for 2-3 hour shifts. They were assigned to help out in any way that they could including fixing meals and doing light housework.

He is very professional and his demeanor is great. He is a very easy person to have in our house for several hours. I have had the same nurse for my treatments for 5 months and he has been great. He is always on time and does a great job. He is also a very nice person to be around.

Fedelta Home Care is on top of it and makes sure the caregivers are scheduled for the right time. I would not be able to maintain the regime without them as this has been a long haul. They have figured out to keep my blood pressure stable to keep doing medication treatments over the next few days. Fedelta Home Care has been very flexible with working around scheduling conflicts and making sure medications are here on time.

Up until recently, the care has been consistent. I got there Sunday to see my dad and he was in the same clothes since Thursday. He is not being well taken care of. If the hours are good, it's great. I need it, because I'm by myself. I just moved and the new nurses are going above and beyond, and the agency is paying for their mileage. They're working with me. They could improve the communication between the nurse manager and the nurses. I keep getting asked the same thing a hundred times from different people, they're not communicating with each other.

My mother just needs someone to take her to doctor's appointments and help with bathing. It is helpful to have the caregiver there. It took a long time to get the initial caregiver in place. It was put off for a couple of weeks. We would like better communication on what to expect. It would be great if they would get a caregiver in place sooner.

I'm the one full-time giving care for my loved one, and I hadn't had a break for 9 months, and one of the caregivers complained about the body wash and shampoo I provided. It caused constant stress. I'm completely relaxed with the new agency we have. They need to send people who are able to communicate clearly and not lie. They said they'd given her a shower, and they didn't.

My dad had a stroke, so he has trouble comprehending things. A lot of the people they send don't have good English. He has a hard enough time understanding me. My daughter and I will make a list of things for the caregivers to do and we'll have meals ready. I'm trying to make it easier for them and my dad, because he gets frustrated. They should have more training for the caregivers who are not his regular caregivers. I was told that they wouldn't be on their phones, and that's not the case.

The fact that we had them here allowed me to have my job, while they helped take care of her basic needs. Her health was failing anyway, but Fedelta enabled me to spend quality time with her and they loved her. Everyone they sent was great and was good quality. The caregivers are friendly and punctual. We have a pretty regular schedule which is appreciated. I think the training or follow up needs to be improved. The caregivers are happy to leave early and don't take initiative to find other things to do even though they are being paid for their time.

The girls that they have sent have been really good, but they are not very consistent. I have had so many caregivers, I do not know who is coming. I would prefer one girl to be my aide.

We use another agency as well. They are not very organized and they can be rude. They don't pay their caregivers as much as the other agencies.

The first shift was excellent. After the first shift he was pretty much out of it. They took care of his incontinence and changed linens. The hospice came. There wasn't any pain medication delivered until after he died. I think it was better in a way that he wasn't drugged up. I kind of compare it to child birth. I would recommend them. I liked the person who set it up. I don't know what her position was. She was very caring. She recognized the need. She did all she could to supply what I needed.

I feel like they could have helped my mother in law the best they could. I don't feel like the employees who helped were beneficial. We wanted someone there with mom the entire time, but we got multiple complaints from the other facility that Fedelta didn't do their job properly. They were supposed to log information that was needed and would call me to ask those questions and never seemed to log that information. I was there a lot, there were only a couple who knew what they were doing. They can adhere to their job and do what they are supposed to be doing.

We are using Fedelta Home Care. So far, we are satisfied. I started with three hours, four mornings a week. Now, it is four hours, four mornings a week. Mondays and Fridays one person comes in and on Tuesdays and Thursdays, it's another person. They are fine. We use them so I can go out of the house and do things because somebody needs to be in the house with my husband, if he needs to go to the bathroom or wants to lie down. So far, they are eager to do more than that. It all seems to run very smoothly.

Robin has been a great help to me. I am an 81-year old retired army veteran. She got me this wonderful large studio apartment . She was very helpful in getting my wife physical therapy after she had a stroke. Robin is a very special lady and follows through on all her work.

Fedelta Care Solutions is providing care for my father who has alzheimers to give my mom a break.. The caregivers have been so gentle and caring. My dad is set against having anyone care for him so it is difficult to get someone who can connect with him. The caregiver they sent spent hours with him playing a virtual golf program that my dad has. He was patient with him and let my dad tell him how to play, over and over again. Thank you Fedelta for giving my mom the break she needs and putting a smile on my dad's face.

While the care we received initially was decent, as time went on, the care declined to the point that my mom was left to sit in her own filth until my brother came to visit and noticed the state of affairs. The nursing aide was incompetent and inattentive. The nurse in charge, who came out to "designate" the nursing aide had no idea how to do the tasks she was supposedly designating -- and we had to pay $100s for the privilege of her doing the training. Honestly, this isn't rocket science. We had all be handling these tasks for weeks, yet the nurse couldn't figure them out and the nurse's aide was incompetent in the extreme.
