    The caregiver, Kendra, who was there most often, really looked after my mom. She was one-on-one with her and gave her the attention she needed. I would recommend them because I like the caregiver that was with my mom every afternoon. The caregiver had her back at the nursing home, and she cared for my mom. She also let me know if something needed to be addressed.

    They were always there for my mother Monday through Friday. We had a fantastic caregiver, but the weekend staff wouldn't show up at time.

    It is helping me a lot. The girl that I got I really liked, she is an excellent worker, she won't sit down. I just started with them about 2 weeks ago, and it is different for me with being the client instead of me taking care of people.

    Some of them had a positive impact on his life. One of our caregivers was really good, and some weren't. Some of them were well-trained, and then some of them were not at all well-trained. They cancelled out on me several times and left me having to stay there eight hours a day to help my brother out. They were never able to replace those that couldn't come in.

    They got the job done when cleaning me. It did take them forever. They can improve by having a larger pool of workers. When they take on a client, they need to address the client's issues more. They need to have set workers.

    They've only come out here one time, I haven't been home, I have had a doctor's appointment, but they did an excellent job. I don't talk to anybody. If I had the chance to recommend it to someone, I would.

    They have made it positive because I called them and two days later they came to inspect, and then 3 days later we had it done. That's the great part. I would recommend them because the specific worker we have is very caring and loving. I would recommend them based on her.

    It is not a very good impact. Some girls will sign up and say they will work the weekend and they don't. The screening of the applicants, maybe should be a little better.

    When they show up, it is very helpful. It depends on the staff. The staff need to maintain the schedule. Sometimes they don't have coverage. Sometimes they are late.

    The caregivers helped the most by just being there. They were the only one to call me back of the 4 I contacted for 24/7 care. I liked that they provided staff when needed. When I had two issues, they corrected that promptly.

    The caregiver bathes him, shaves him, and does his laundry. All the things we need to be able to keep him home. Our caregiver is awesome and reliable.

    One caregiver specifically, Chasity, was very consistent, as she was coming in every morning during the week. She would even provide a text daily of how my mom was doing to keep me informed. I would tell a friend that Care Advantage is reliable and can be accommodating of those living in a further location.

    I was paying that much money just for them to be on their phones, the idea was for them to help her. The service was awful, I fired 2 caregivers. My mom was in the hospital with covid and when we got to get back in the rehab I found out they roamed the halls and were not taking care of her.

    The main caregiver that comes is really good, but sometimes she does not come and they have to send someone else that is not as trained. He needs it because cannot walk. I like that most of the caregivers that come to come in are professional.

    They need to come on time, leave on time, do all the necessary caregiving stuff with a happy face. I would like to see that they provide the right caregiver, and one caregiver, instead of one each time they come. They have been sending me five different caregivers in the five times I have used them. A lot of them aren't permanent, and it is hard to adjust to each person.

    The caretaker was not there very often. There were no replacements for her when she didn't show up. The person that came in the home didn't do much. They didn't give any care for the client. They were really unreliable, and it was overpriced.

    I need help with lifting and I have difficulty walking, so the physical therapist has been the most helpful. The agency could let me know when someone is not going to show up.

    We weren't used to having someone in our home. They are short staffed. The staff was reliable, however there needs to be a backup person.

    It was great to have someone there to watch her, but they could not administer her any medication. We had two or three people that were really terrific and there was one that we did not want to come back.

    It turned my anxiety into something that I was just shaking all over. I only calmed down once they left. I would not turn them loose on my friends. They need to come in and do what they're hired for instead of coming in to sit down and watch television.

    They kept an eye on her and made sure she was safe and secure. They didn't need to interact with my mom and they all wanted to go into her room and occupy her when I told them not to.

    They need to be able to find someone for her is the caregiver calls out. The caregivers are wonderful, but the staff is not able to find a replacement for the regular, if she is not coming.

    The care takes a load off of me since they provide care through the night, so I can get some sleep. I would like them to have people on stand by to fill in when they have people call out. They also need to inform them of the patients needs so that they know what they are doing when they get here.

    The caregiver said that she didn't sign up for this because the client was being combative. She overdosed him on morphine and when I got there he was completely unresponsive. She let him fall and cut his arms up. We had a really bad experience with one caregiver.

    The caregiver offers companionship a few afternoons a week. I know that my mom is not sleeping all day. The client does so much better on the days that the caregiver is there. They will talk with you on the phone and go over any questions that you have and the coverages that they offer.

    My blood pressure rose because people wouldn't show up and I know have to be on blood pressure medicine. Physically it was really hard on me. There were three of four caregivers that I would hire again. For the service that I got, it is too expensive.

    It is great when they are there. When they come they vacuum, shower her, and they do laundry. I have no problem with the people they have sent. They have been amazing; however, when they don't show up such as today, it leaves us without a caregiver. They don't have enough on call staff. The caregivers were supposed to be there at 9:30 and they didn't show up. The office didn't even notify me of that. I had to call them myself. I am very disappointed in that. It makes me have to leave my job and there are some days I can't. That leaves her without food and leaves her in bed.

    They did not have a person to be able to fill in, and they had to cancel on us a few times. I had a woman come, and her car broke down in my driveway. Another one came in an Uber because she had no other means of transportation. I think of them like an Uber. They send whatever works and is closest to me that can make things happen.

    The gentleman that is a RN came to visit me before the girls came to provide care. He asked if I had trouble getting in and out of bed, he asked if I wore pull ups and then said they would get me a hospital bed and more pull ups. He never has gotten them though. I know he is rushed to death since he has to interview all the new clients. The first girl that came here sat on my couch the whole time. She didn't do any work. I didn't know how things were supposed to work. The second one worked fine and had a wonderful personality, but there was a problem. She had gonorrhea, and I could not accept that at all. As soon as my sister heard that, she went ballistic. The caregiver had her cell phone charging at my home, and I heard the doctor tell her her diagnosis, and she needed to go to the doctor right away. I worked at the hospital, so I know about these things. With my health, I cannot have anything like that. I think everything else was fine until then.

    They call fairly often to check on me. They work with us when we have a problem. At times, I have had a hard time with the dates and things. Something needs to be done about the weekends and the holidays. We just have to wait sometimes.

    We had one person that wore headphones, watched movies, and didn't interact with my mom. They should've understood how to deal with an elderly person and showed up on time. They could have had more professional workers and people that didn't call out all the time. I wanted to be able to reach the staffing service when someone called out and get a return phone call.

    They could've sent someone else faster as a replacement after our caregiver quit. The only thing was that if someone quits, they need to send someone else out as quick as possible.

    Two of the caregivers followed instructions very well, and they did a good job. Once I trained them what was going on, they were on the mark. When the agency sent caregivers out, they should have known about my loved one more.

    The thing that I never understood is why these caregivers can't drive to their jobs. They got a ride from Uber, and it puts a big red flag up when you see that. The night caregiver was good. They needed to have more training in caring for elderly or sick patients. They came in and sat down and didn't do anything. They wouldn't even check on my loved one. They played on their phones and watched TV. They also stole from me.

    They help with bathing and assist in getting around the house. They help with going to dialysis three times a week and transport. They clean up his room and make lunch. They need to have more confident staffers and more dependable and reliable caregivers. That's the biggest problem I see.

    They don't really do anything except for sweeping the floors. We had another company that came in before Care Advantage that was much better. The caregivers don't pay enough attention to my loved one.

    I think their employees could have been more attentive. Their communication skills are horrid. My caregiver did not show up this morning. I told them that I would need extra care, and I told them ahead of time. I called the office, and they told me that they couldn't get in touch with my caregiver for over two weeks, and they didn't find me a replacement. They called me and asked if I have heard from the caregiver, and I said no. I don't even know if I will get care during the time I requested.

    I have to call family and friends over to do what they are supposed to do when they don't provide me care. I need someone to help me, and it has a big impact on my health. I need a lot of assistance, and I am not getting the service I am paying for. I am not ever going to refer anybody else to them. They have given me poor service. They need to have an aide on duty every day for five days a week. They need to get a staff coordinator. They need to get more people to work and pay them more money so they will stay and do a professional job. I might looking for another company soon.

    They need to make sure the caregiver shows up. They've treated me horribly. They told me my caregiver had car trouble for the last seven weeks, but he's going to other clients and not here. He got a taxi here, but they wouldn't come pick him up because the company's credit card was declined.

She does what she's supposed to do and sometimes I'm sick and sometimes I'm not, and she has this sixth sense about when to pay attention to me and when to take care of what needs to be taken care of so I don't have to direct her or anything.     They're very poor. They're very poor. One caregiver helped to some degree. The first caregiver sat on the couch and used their phone a lot. They complained it was too far to drive. They complained about cleaning. They sent another caregiver who left early a few days. Then they sent another caregiver who spent most of the time asleep on the couch. They complained about my loved one.

    They spend time with her, talk to her, keep her clean, and help her move since she can't really get around. They get her in her wheelchair. They take her outside and take her places. They make life easier for her. When we first started, some people wouldn't show up on a Saturday or a Sunday.

    When I first got them, they were supposed to send me someone who could come in and fix me meals four or five times a week, and they never did that. They don't follow through. I have made phone calls and they were supposed to call me back and haven't.

    They do a good job when they show up. I think they could try to listen to her a little better and get to know my grandmother and her routine by being here. Their is not always a nurse available to care for my grandmother, they are short staffed.

    This agency has quit being responsive to our calls and emails and we've only been with them a few months. When someone finally did talk to us about a month ago, they said management had changed and there had been turnover. When you have clients who are dependent on care, this lack of response is unacceptable. We are never told in a timely manner if or even when someone will be sent over for care when our primary caregiver is out. As of today, I am waiting on a promised return call from over two weeks ago. Seem to have lost sight of the true nature of their business.

    The current caregiver is okay, and would be fine for someone who has more needs. They kind of hover and my loved one doesn't appreciate that. Initially, I was impressed with them. I think they've had some staffing problems recently, so the communication has been different.

    It was very helpful to have someone to help her with her needs and give me time to accomplish errands. There were a couple of times when I needed to leave for appointments, but the aides showed up late. They were not sufficiently staffed to cover out needs. If our caregiver could not come, they were never able to get someone else to cover.

    I have recommended them in the past. I like the pricing, the insurance billing, and they resolve problems quickly. We went through a few caregivers, but they kept sending a caregiver to try and find the correct fit. They did finally find an individual who is a wonderful fit for my mom. It gives me the ability to get away and take care of other things that I need to, and it gives my mom someone to be there and help her besides me. It has been a good impact.

The services have helped my loved one, but it has lifted a big burden off of me as well. I was at my wits end and then we got Care Advantage.     I like that they communicate with us when something is going on. When I tell them about special needs and the aides have to be here at a specific time for an appointment, they do their best to get someone here. It helps to have a caregiver here so not all the work is on me. I have bad knees so I can't do all the work myself.

    I'm supposed to have somebody Monday through Friday, and right now I only get a girl who works Tuesday and Wednesday. They don't have her come at the times I need, either. They keep telling me that they have somebody to send over, but they never do. They're very helpful. They help me with housework, and they're available to help me when I have to run errands. It's good security, in case I get dizzy or fall or something.

    Every time that I needed something, like specific questions for the office staff, they would say they would call me that day, and they didn't. It was more of a hassle than a help. I'm glad that I don't have Care Advantage anymore. I have more of a peace of mind without them here. One of the caregivers was very dishonest. It was bad because I depended on Care Advantage. We were devastated with Care Advantage. I was more than patient with them, and I was more kind to them than most people would have been.

    All of the caregivers are really caring, but there are times that they don't show up. Care Advantage could make sure that there are caregivers to cover when the scheduled caregiver won't be coming.

    We've enjoyed the people from Care Advantage. They are good at their jobs. The services are a really big help. It's always nice to have someone to help the client.

    I am a current client of this provider

    I wouldn't recommend someone to use Care Advantage because my dad has had two different caregivers so far. We were told that the caregivers would cook a meal and do light housekeeping. The first caregiver didn't work out at all and the second one leaves after an hour and a half and has no cooking skills at all. She only does some of the light housekeeping that my father asks her to do. My father has reported the caregiver to the VA and to Care Advantage, but she hasn't improved. The VA is paying for three hours of care and my father is not receiving that. My father is really upset about this service and he feels that the VA is being defrauded by the caregiver from Care Advantage. She is not staying for the entire time that they are paying for.

    Care Advantage is really reliable and they show up when they are supposed to. Care Advantage comes in and does what I needed and did it well. They didn't cause any destruction in the house.
